Works perfectly for us!

Pros

how thorough it is and how smoothly it integrates with Xero and Shopify. The interface is amazing and makes sense to anyone who thinks in systems.

Cons

A few features tailored to the apparel sector still are not available in the product right now, although the team has told me directly that those capabilities are on their development roadmap and will be added.

A slick and modern system

Pros

I appreciate the clean, modern look of the interface and I have not noticed any slowdowns or performance hiccups while using the software.

Cons

the biggest pain point is the way work orders are generated. Our BOMs are multi-level and I would expect the MRP to create separate work orders for each operation but instead it spits out a single work order that different resources are supposed to work on. When a production run can last several weeks, that structure makes tracking things like WIP much harder to manage. That leaves me and the team with two options, accept the limitation and try to work around it, or manually split the work orders into smaller pieces which then turns production planning into a far more hands-on, manual task.

Solved a lot of our issues

Pros

MRPeasy has fixed so many of the problems we were wrestling with especially around stock control, purchase order handling and managing BOMs more effectively. I'm happy that it has freed up our time, increased our accuracy and substantially boosted efficiency in all of these areas.

Cons

It did take a fair amount of time for our team to get up to speed but the support articles and tutorial videos are really helpful. I haven't faced any major issues.

good tool yet fully functional

Pros

I've found this to be by far the most simple ERP system I've ever used. In many situations, simplicity usually translates into very restricted capabilities. MRPeasy, though manages to be easy to operate while still supporting every major function you'd expect from software in this category. All of that for a very reasonable price.

Cons

Some of the data transfers between QuickBooks Online and it can be difficult to trace, although they are not impossible to follow. Since I started using the system, the support team has resolved every issue I ran into. So overall, these transfer quirks haven't turned into a major problem for me.

Extremely user friendly with great manuals

Pros

the system is extremely easy to use and the online manual is consistently kept up-to-date and clearly written. There are plenty of short videos that demo the various functions. We managed to install and configure the ERP on our own without outside help. The product includes all the key tools needed to run production and procurement, and bills of materials are handled very well (we work with BOMs up to eight levels).

Cons

So far we haven't run into any real problems. Everyone on our team seems happy with the system and was able to start using the ERP effectively after just a few hours of training.

simple setup & great usability

Pros

Its simple to set up and plug into our operations. It offers all the expected features and the pricing struck me as fair. Handling purchasing, customer orders, inventory, production, costing and OEE is surprisingly simple, it connects smoothly with most accounting systems and their support team is solid. Above all, I think the user interface and overall usability are exceptional.

Cons

It would be nice if I could do a bit more with custom reporting, aside from that limitation I haven't really been able to find any major downsides so far.

simple setup but tough to customize

Pros

the initial setup is surprisingly simple because they include a very thorough user guide. Every module is laid out clearly in the docs and I appreciate the navigation bar on each page, it's simple to follow and helped me quickly grasp how all the parts fit together and function.

Cons

customization becomes a major headache when I need to adapt certain features to match my company's specific requirements. It gets worse because support is limited to messaging only, so I can't get real-time help and end up stuck without immediate assistance during urgent issues, which is really frustrating.

good sales team but poor system

Pros

The sales team was very communicative with me before I subscribed, answering questions and keeping me informed throughout the sign-up process.

Cons

only the simplest tasks are doable unless I pay extra for 'software development', and there's no built-in way for me to correct counting errors without hiring their development team. The interface feels odd and not interactive and support mostly just directs me to manuals and videos, if I can't find a solution there, they don't seem able to help further.

The only good option!

Pros

After comparing dozens of software options, this was the only one that offered the features I required without a huge initial investment. For a small manufacturer needing lot traceability, it really is the only feasible choice.

Cons

it handles almost everything so you don't have to be technical but I wish I could tweak minor things myself like adjusting label font sizes rather than having to submit a paid support ticket for those small changes.

best for scheduling & customizing

Pros

I'm impressed by how well it handles materials and order scheduling along with releasing tasks. The customization options are solid, pricing is reasonable and it's simple to use.

Cons

I find that production scheduling and the viewing features feel constrained. Outsourcing capabilities could be better and creating and managing scheduling subtasks needs work.

Nice design with good support but slow system

Cons

It took me a while to get the hang of how the software works, though the in-app help made that easier. Occasionally, some functions didn't exactly match my particular needs but the support team usually helped me work through those gaps. Another limitation is that backups are only available as a manual database download, there's no option to select a previous point in time and restore from it unless I had already downloaded the database myself.

Quick to learn with great support

Pros

Took me no time to learn, the interface is good and their customer support responds incredibly fast. They offer customization when asked and I really like the scheduling features.

Cons

I've noticed a couple of minor development quirks that haven't really impacted how usable the software is and they're supposed to be fixed in the upcoming development release scheduled for this quarter.

Pros

Being able to tailor the software to exactly how I want it is something I really appreciate. The support team stayed patient with each of my questions and did an excellent job turning around my requests promptly.

Cons
