For our small manufacturing setup, I find it simple and user-friendly and it still includes all the essential features we need to run operations smoothly.

I still cannot print invoices in Cyrillic. We ran into problems when importing spreadsheets that contained Cyrillic text even though we followed every step exactly as instructed. Also, the software auto-generates very long part numbers, which makes them confusing to manage.

I really like that it manages production scheduling while also tracking orders and inventory, keeping everything organized in a single place.

nothing major bothers me about it, but I would love the option to edit production orders directly and to add more charts and visuals into those reports.

I think the interface is a bit difficult to use, kind of like an app from 15 years ago, which makes it frustrating to get around. For instance, actions that should take one click often require three, slowing us down. At times, the technical support hasn't been as helpful as I would have liked, leaving some issues unresolved. The lack of enough integrations makes it tough for me to connect and expand the app's features. Additionally, basic integrations like Google Drive are limited, not allowing me to choose specific save folders, which decreases our workflow's flexibility and efficiency.

The system allows me to gradually adapt, like letting me walk before I run. As a small company without an existing MRP, some of my team lacked prior experience with MRP/ERP but they found it very intuitive and easy to pick up.

The instructional videos are too fast-paced, but It's great that our users can rewatch them as often as needed.

However I'm frustrated by the difficulty accessing basic features that seem hidden or missing. For example, I want to be able to handle custom customer orders separately from inventory and manufacturing orders but that capability is not available or is too buried.

The multilayer BOM feature has been crucial for me; many competitors only offer one level deep, which often leads to higher costs. For me, MRPeasy has been essential for managing stock, purchasing, and suppliers. Its interface is very intuitive compared to other software.

In the procurement process, you have to send an email, and this could be improved. It opens directly in your email account but only links to the PDF document. I prefer to attach the PDF directly. It uses general contact information instead of the responsible person in the company, and it messes up the email layout.

I feel Integration with other market software could be enhanced. API integration should be available with the professional or enterprise version.

It's one of the few MRP systems that align with my needs as a small manufacturer selling wholesale. Tracking inventory and forecasting future manufacturing and purchasing requirements are vital, and MRPeasy has helped me achieve these objectives. Their customer support and success teams are responsive and excellent!

Cons

While it does well with order processing, some adjustments are needed for those of us who drop ship to our dealers' customers. These aren't major issues overall, it's an excellent product.
