“Simple with all needed features”

Pros

For our small manufacturing setup, I find it simple and user-friendly and it still includes all the essential features we need to run operations smoothly.

Cons

I still cannot print invoices in Cyrillic. We ran into problems when importing spreadsheets that contained Cyrillic text even though we followed every step exactly as instructed. Also, the software auto-generates very long part numbers, which makes them confusing to manage.

I really like that it manages production scheduling while also tracking orders and inventory, keeping everything organized in a single place.

Cons

nothing major bothers me about it, but I would love the option to edit production orders directly and to add more charts and visuals into those reports.

Getting it up and running was easy and I actually find the menu and layout quite user-friendly. I think the pricing reflects the features you receive.

The layout can feel somewhat clunky when I'm moving around, and I'd really like to see a wider variety of templates available.

MRPeasy provides a diverse range of features that meet my various needs. Whenever I've needed assistance, the customer support team has been prompt and effective in resolving my issues. I also appreciate that MRPeasy is a cost-effective solution that maintains quality.

I think the interface is a bit difficult to use, kind of like an app from 15 years ago, which makes it frustrating to get around. For instance, actions that should take one click often require three, slowing us down. At times, the technical support hasn't been as helpful as I would have liked, leaving some issues unresolved. The lack of enough integrations makes it tough for me to connect and expand the app's features. Additionally, basic integrations like Google Drive are limited, not allowing me to choose specific save folders, which decreases our workflow's flexibility and efficiency.

The system allows me to gradually adapt, like letting me walk before I run. As a small company without an existing MRP, some of my team lacked prior experience with MRP/ERP but they found it very intuitive and easy to pick up.

The instructional videos are too fast-paced, but It's great that our users can rewatch them as often as needed.

It's an excellent supply chain tool, user-friendly and offers us support at every step, whether online or through tutorials.

I've noticed that there isn't much integration with a wider variety of ERPs, which makes it tough for me to connect and streamline everything across different systems. This limitation can really impact how efficiently I can work and use the software to its full potential.

The only downside is that customization options are restricted since the program is the same for all users. However, with careful planning to meet everyone's needs, we've had many successful customization projects with the MRPeasy team.

The inventory management in MRPEasy is what enables our team to consistently keep enough materials on hand so we can avoid any major production stoppages.

Cons

Its not very easy to use when you first start using it, getting comfortable with the flow from input to output is crucial to make sure parts are being taken out of inventory correctly.

It enables me to effortlessly manage multiple processes at different stages and track related items. When testing various software options, MRPeasy distinguished itself through its ease of use.

Cons

We process products that go through several production stages. While MRPeasy manages this well, we need to copy data regularly, which can be a bit tedious. The packaging function is useful but not yet perfect for how we package and supply finished goods.

Every so often the CRM connection behaves finicky and I end up having to manually tweak settings to get it running properly.

the overall functionality from handling customer orders through to managing inventory , works quite smoothly and feels very easy.

However I'm frustrated by the difficulty accessing basic features that seem hidden or missing. For example, I want to be able to handle custom customer orders separately from inventory and manufacturing orders but that capability is not available or is too buried.

The multilayer BOM feature has been crucial for me; many competitors only offer one level deep, which often leads to higher costs. For me, MRPeasy has been essential for managing stock, purchasing, and suppliers. Its interface is very intuitive compared to other software.

Cons

In the procurement process, you have to send an email, and this could be improved. It opens directly in your email account but only links to the PDF document. I prefer to attach the PDF directly. It uses general contact information instead of the responsible person in the company, and it messes up the email layout.

I feel Integration with other market software could be enhanced. API integration should be available with the professional or enterprise version.

Pros

It's one of the few MRP systems that align with my needs as a small manufacturer selling wholesale. Tracking inventory and forecasting future manufacturing and purchasing requirements are vital, and MRPeasy has helped me achieve these objectives. Their customer support and success teams are responsive and excellent!

Cons

While it does well with order processing, some adjustments are needed for those of us who drop ship to our dealers' customers. These aren't major issues overall, it's an excellent product.
