Pros
I find it meets our needs well, it provides essential core features that I consider crucial for the software to work effectively in our operations.
Cons
I do feel the system is clunky in terms of the number of pages and navigation, and the workflow sometimes seems unnecessarily complicated. I'd really appreciate a way to 'switch off' certain features when they're not relevant to us. Also, the production reports come across as overly rigid, a more relaxed, user-friendly reporting option would be great for example, allowing simple daily production entries rather than forcing hourly breakdowns.

the way production moves through this software is really logical and feels very alignd. It records every detail and excels at job costing and keeping inventory under control.
Cons
So far I haven't come across any problems, everything functions exactly the way I would expect it to.

Pros
its very simple to add and remove users and the contextual help menu is excellent. I also like the learning videos a lot. The subcontracting feature is essential for us, though I do think it could use some improvements.
Cons
We couldn't really manage without upgrading to at least the Professional plan and in the end we moved up to Enterprise. Even so, the investment pays off and quickly earns its cost back.

the interface was simple to use and the documentation, complete with video walkthroughs for every how-to, made getting started simple. I really appreciated that MF orders link directly to the operations of workstations, which aligned tracking and execution.
Cons
I used a previous MRP system that let me integrate general ledger entries with QuickBooks Online at the item level and I found that this provided far greater flexibility to assign and customize balances to specific GL accounts per item.

the app is easy to use and I appreciate that it connects directly with Xero for accounting.
Cons
One feature I haven't noticed yet is the option to add notes to individual stock items, which would be really useful for tracking details. It would also be excellent if the system allowed me to create production orders that specify the quantities needed and related info.

Pros
Scheduling manufacturing orders is incredibly simple and I can instantly tell whether I'll meet the required date based on material availability or projected arrival times. I've also been impressed with how responsive the support team is, several times when I followed up on a support ticket, my questions led to actual new features being added.
Cons
I can see that the system contains every piece of data I need, yet pulling it into clear, usable reports isn't always simple which makes analysis more time-consuming than I'd like.

As a growing small business, we were hunting for better management tools to support our expansion. MRPEasy truly lives up to its name and then some. It was incredibly simple to set up and really interactive to use on a daily basis. This program has enabled us to generate Bills of Materials, track inventory for raw ingredients, monitor work-in-progress and finished goods and perform lot code tracing for our food production. All things considered, it's a fantastic system for small food manufacturers like us.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems yet. It's been really helpful for us since 2019.

I'd recommend MRPeasy to anyone searching for a powerful, flexible MRP solution. After having used multiple Tier 1 MRP systems in the past, I'm repeatedly impressed by just how capable it is in comparison to those much more costly alternatives.
Cons
At our company, we handle large-scale projects that usually need deposit invoices before work begins, plus two or three milestone invoices over a six to nine month timeframe. I'm therefore eager to see a prepayment invoice feature added soon.

My company had relied on the same program for 17 years. This new system is like night and day compared to what we were using before. I can find any information I might need when questions come up. That wasn't available with our old software. The interface is very interactive and easy to use and I can certainly locate whatever I need thanks to all the support they offer.
Cons
The one area I wish they'd improve is the quoting workflow. I dislike having to add an item just to create a quote for something I might never actually receive. It would be fantastic if I could generate a quote for a job without having to create an item first. After I receive the PO, the system could then ask me to add the actual items.

“An efficient and easy solution”
Pros
I used to believe I needed a very feature-packed program to manage our manufacturing, and I even tested three other systems before finding this one. Two were built around Excel and one was Odoo. What I actually wanted was someone to build a simple, efficient and user-friendly tool and the MRPeasy team delivered exactly that.
Cons
There really isn't much about this software that bothers me. If I had to point out one small issue, it's that a handful of the workflows can feel repetitive for extremely small teams where the same people cover multiple roles. For example, at my place we often pick an order, box it and add labels in a single combined step. I'm pretty sure the MRPeasy staff could tailor the system to merge those steps for us, so it's hard to classify this as a real complaint about the product.

Pros
I'm really impressed by how reliably it imports data from CSV files and I also find getting around the interface very interactive. The way documents are laid out , shipment notes, invoices and the like is professional and clear. It comes loaded with features, the user manual is excellent and the support team has been outstanding.
Cons
I don't have any significant complaints, the only downside is that it requires a reasonable learning curve and I'm still exploring the features to make full use of the software's capabilities.

Integration with Xero is simple. For our business, the production planning/manufacturing, procurement and inventory modules matter a lot and this program really meets those needs. I also find support helpful, covering most requests both online and via customer service channels promptly.
Cons
Because it offers so many options and alot of features, I found it somewhat tricky to get my head around until I became familiar with the system which is especially problematic when implementation and integration schedules don't allow for lengthy training sessions and initial support before launch.

On the dashboard, I get a crystal-clear picture of everything going on, and I'm able to manage our warehouse layout really effectively. The basic features keep everything tidy, production oversight is easy to handle and planning stock feels a lot less complicated thanks to this tool.
Cons
I'm concerned that the self-service panel allows any user to edit or delete documents, which creates problems. I wish we had the option to assign different permission tiers for specific users and staff members so access could be controlled more securely.

the purchase cost management is well organized and there's a feature-packed dashboard that helps me keep track of all the business activity in real time. Also the cloud connection is rock-solid , I can sign into the system from anywhere outside the office and pull up all my data without any problems.
Cons
Shipping tracking is limited to certain account types and I don't have full access to every function when I'm on my phone. Also, stock movements don't refresh on their own , I end up having to manually update them each time to see the latest inventory changes.

1. I find the app loads very fast because it uses lazy loading. 2. It feels stable and I haven't experienced crashes or server downtime. 3. I can toggle visibility of every column except for the single serial number column. 4. There's an internal Task (To-Do) feature that I can use and that other users can also see. 5. I can apply multi-column filters to query various data fields at once. 6. The system includes quarantine and expiry date tracking which is helpful. 7. I can still place customer orders even when stock shows as sold out, provided I create a new purchase to the supplier before confirming the booking.
Cons
1. I find the reporting and statistics features are quite limited in scope. 2. The graphs are viewable but I can't print them , they are display-only.
