covers all our small business needs

Pros

I find this cloud-based data management platform handles virtually all of our inventory, purchasing and invoicing tasks. The way it nests items and assemblies makes sense to me and the customer-management features , quotes, invoicing and so on, have proven really useful. Because of it I can move from quoting to delivery without missing steps (for example, ordering a needed part). The step-by-step tutorials and online manual are genuinely helpful and whenever I've had a question customer support gets back to me promptly.

Cons

Some of the calculation rules feel counter interactive and aren't always explained clearly in the documentation. I ended up discovering several functions through patient trial and error which might be due to my lack of a formal business background and unfamiliarity with the specific terminology. Also, the layout options for reports are somewhat limited if I want to include additional details or custom fields.

simple to get things done

Pros

it's very easy to use and complete tasks without any issue.

Cons

I'm frustrated that the system doesn't separate numbering for credit notes and invoices , it makes things confusing. I also notice it fails to manage partial shipments to subcontractors correctly. On top of that, when parts return from subcontractors the system logs them as brand-new inventory instead of acknowledging they're used parts.

awsome recipe management for starters

Pros

the standout thing about MRP Easy is its recipe management. We can input formulas quickly and keep them organized throughout the product lifecycle which makes things smooth. Compared to the large, more complex systems on the market, I find MRP Easy to be a terrific fit for start-up manufacturing companies.

Cons

I find the production scheduling module isn't as interactive as the rest of the system which can be a bit frustrating when planning.

Pros

the way procurement, inventory and reorder points work together is really smooth and I also find the videos and blogs to be helpful resources.

Cons

I noticed the approval workflow doesn't send email notifications to the appropriate team members.

excellent for scaling manufacturing

Pros

I've seen this software work exceptionally well to take our company from prototyping into large-scale manufacturing and I really appreciate its component tracking capabilities.

Cons

Because the software packs such advanced features, I find it can feel overly complex, people who lack prior MRP experience like I once was, will probably need a fair amount of time to get comfortable with its intricacies.

Pros

I'm impressed by how simple it is to use and I was able to get it up and running really fast.

Cons

I find it lacks fine-grained controls and there aren't advanced options to give me better control over purchases.

Perfect once you find your way

Pros

The deployment went perfectly, their support helped me a lot and I find it easy to use once I finally located it.

Cons

I can not customize reports the way I need, for example, I wanted the manufacturing order to show costs but couldn't find that option and it seems impossible. Also, reading the manufacturing details is awkward because there's no legend or guide, so I don't know how to interpret the information.

wish I had started sooner

Pros

Interface is easy to use and it makes keeping track of costs per product easy. I feel like it bundles every feature a small manufacturer would ever need into a single, tidy solution.

Cons

The only drawback I can point to is that I didn't find this sooner, I can't really name any missing features or glitches. Honestly I just wish I had begun using it earlier this year so I could've benefited sooner.

Interactive and fast to learn

Pros

Its very quick to learn, the tutorial videos are helpful and the whole interface feels interactive and largely self-explanatory.

Cons

One downside I noticed is that it's an entirely cloud-based solution and there's no WYSIWYG editor for creating or printing forms.

friendly but limited tool

Pros

its interactive design and user friendly interface make it simple to teach and fast to roll out. Our staff showed almost no pushback whatsoever when we switched them over to the new platform.

Cons

Honestly, I feel the dashboards and reports offer only limited customization and tend to be pretty basic in their options.

Incredibly helpful planning features

Pros

What I appreciate is how the production planning tools keep me organized, and being able to watch everything unfold in real time is something I enjoy. Working out the bill of materials for items I manufacture is simple and frees up a huge amount of my time.

Cons

Unfortunately, the system only supports basic activities and it doesn't let me amend historical records , for example, inventory adjustments or other past data. On top of that, it won't account for calculation errors, which I find very restrictive.

good choice for creating models

Pros

I find building models and setting up the structure in this application really easy. Being able to flip between languages with a single click saves me so much time and the recent feature updates have genuinely improved how my team and I work.

Cons

After using it for a while, I've noticed the app becomes much slower and performance starts causing real headaches. When I throw complex scenarios at it, it doesn't cope well and I often find it can't keep up with our needs.

Works smoothly with barcoding

Pros

I am really glad about the barcoding functionality and the quality check and production modules mesh together so well that my workflow feels much smoother.

Cons

Personally, I think the accounting module could use some improvements but otherwise everything else performs perfectly for what I need.

neat but not complete system

Pros

the UX feels very clean and user-friendly. The dashboard shows color-coded tiles, each clearly labeled for its purpose, for example, procurement or production planning which makes using it simple.

Cons

I wish it offered customizable templates, commission management and automated billing because those features are missing from the current setup.

The price is great and for me, if it simply prevents us from cancelling one order every month, it's already paid for!

awsome tutorials and great support

Pros

What impressed me most is how amazinggg the software is, the abundance of tutorial videos made the learning process simple, so even with minimal or no ERP background I was able to handle core tasks like CRM and inventory quickly in practice. Another nice touch is the one-click language switch which I find very handy. Support is excellent , they're always available and get back to me very quickly whenever I need help.

Cons

I think the document layout editor , for things like invoices and waybills , definitely needs improvement.
