It looks like cutting edge technology for running a business. Having all the financial information available online brings a lot of agility and makes the work much more efficient.

Bulk process handling still seems like an area that could be improved. There's room to make it work better for users and for operational processes since right now it creates extra support needs for the technology team.

NetSuite ERP has helped automate the company's internal procedures which has improved efficiency, reduced time spent on tasks and optimized other internal processes as well.

Its implementation does take time and it also requires post-sale sessions and scheduled meetings to properly analyze the business so the system can be adjusted to fit the company's needs.

I really like how AI is woven across the platform and the way it uses natural language to help pull up relevant business data makes it especially valuable.

Its versatility around cause and effect processes is valuable. It would be even better to have likely scenario frameworks with multiple solution options and to test stronger interconnection with other ecosystems using the same data.

I would say that the cost is very high and the product feels aimed mostly at large companies. It is also still unclear whether this truly resolves operators open requests or if it only handles simple yes-or-no conditions and stops there.

The AI automation and how simple it is to use make a significant difference. On top of that they offer support both nationally and internationally which inspires a lot of confidence.

Some operations and modules handle several tabs and I feel that can make them a bit more complicated to use at first. Even so I understand it's part of the learning process and I assume the company offers training to help you use it better.

Having real time data connected with NSPB has made it much easier to analyze budget versus actuals.

It isn't very user friendly and sometimes searches and reports don't return the same information. That may be largely due to poor consulting or setup guidance.

The tool is is very user friendly and the AI integration is a really valuable addition. I attended an event last year when they still didn't have it implemented this way so seeing how naturally it now fits into the platform is a big improvement.

Now that AI is built in as a native part of the tool, that feature should really come with a proper learning plan and user training so people can get the most out of it.

The downside is that heavy customization can slow things down. There are also some limitations around report dependencies and in certain cases you have to rely on third-party applications to get the reporting you need.

The analytical reporting is really amazing and the system prepares UAE VAT reports by month and quarter which is a huge help. It cuts down a lot of manual work and saves plenty of time.

At times downloading the general ledger can be slow. The analysis reports also take a bit of time to work through although the final output is still very useful.

It has been an excellent platform for us especially with how strongly it leads in bringing AI into everyday workflows, data analytics, reporting insights and natural language capabilities. It seems advanced and well thought out in the areas that matter most for modern business operations.

One thing we'd still love to see is support for three decimal places in currencies. In our region some currencies require that level of precision and it's something other ERP systems already provide.

Getting started with it can be challenging because the initial setup and configuration take time especially for first-time users. On top of that data posting and API integration from the Oracle side can be demanding and need careful queue management within the ERP. In our situation, connecting an external ERP to this one required added configuration and close monitoring to keep the data flowing properly.

Everything in the process flow runs well, the system is easy to use and it helps reduce errors. All of the modules work well together and the reporting capabilities are amazing.

The weak point is the third-party vendors handling implementation since that part has been disappointing. Support is also limited because premium customers get full assistance, while standard support only seems to cover critical issues.
