The data management is really easy and I like how much detail the system provides. The newer release also addressed a lot of the gaps and missing features we had been struggling with before which made the platform much more complete for our needs.

Cons

Its pricing is still a concern and customer service could be much better. If you're on the standard support plan, it's hard to get enough answers and the responses usually feel too brief to be truly helpful.

I would say it offers good value for the money and some modules are user friendly with relatively few bugs. The invoicing process works well and overall data management is amazing. Also it handles customer support functions well in certain areas.

A few parts still need work. The asset management module is not very user friendly and lacks proper asset tracking. Purchasing could be developed further and the vendor contract and documentation features also need improvement. Accounting and taxation functions would benefit from updates and the invoice print format is not very good.

Bringing finance, operations and reporting together in a single cloud platform is one of the things I really liked about it. It's powerful, highly customizable and does a good job of keeping everything connected in one place.

Well limitation is the restricted data table connectivity especially when using the saved search reporting tool. Another downside is that financial reports are capped at only 30 columns.
