Pros

Using it has not been a hassle thanks to how user friendly it is and how flexible the modules are. Also it integrates well with other software which makes day to day work much more efficient. Another big plus is the strong customer service as they're quick to help whenever issues come up. The training modules have also been very useful and make it easier to get comfortable with the system.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost since it can be quite expensive. Integrating it with Google products also seems confusing than it should be. It's also a platform that seems better suited for a larger organization in order to get the most value and use out of it properly.

Pros

Having everything in one integrated platform is the biggest advantage for me. It combines financials, CRM, inventory and reporting in a single system which helps organize operations and cuts down on the need to juggle multiple tools. The real time visibility is another big plus because it supports quicker, more informed decisions. Since it's cloud based, it's also convenient to access from anywhere which improves flexibility and team collaboration. Overall it's a scalable and dependable solution for running business operations.

Cons

At first the system can come across as complex and not especially user friendly particularly for new users. There's definitely a steep learning curve and proper training is usually needed to fully understand all of its features. On top of that setting up certain customizations and reports can take a lot of time and performance can sometimes slow down depending on the tasks being processed. Overall even though it's a very capable platform, usability and setup could still be better.

One of the biggest advantages is its usability, the speed and all the connections and integrations it offers. It seems very complete in that sense and helps everything work together really well.

The only issue might be with some CRMs that don't allow certain information to be entered or aren't fully compatible.

Having accounting, inventory, HR, CRM and analytics all connected in one cloud platform has been the biggest advantage for us. It brings multiple business processes together in one place, cuts down on data silos and makes real time decision-making much more effective.

Even though the platform offers a lot of customization some of the more advanced automations still need SuiteScript knowledge or help from a developer. That can make implementation take longer when there isn't enough technical expertise available internally.

A powerful ERP platform backed by good infrastructure, it brings financials, inventory and order management together in one place without friction. It keeps up well as the business expands, gives real time visibility across teams and includes a wide range of customization options that fit more complex processes and workflows.

The WMS is missing some important functionality especially cubic measurement for warehouse inventory. Because of that handling box dimensions and storage capacity has been more manual than it should be. It slows down space planning and order packing and the workarounds add extra time and complexity to everyday operations.

It is very user friendly and it didn't take long at all to learn how to use it. I rely on it a lot during tax season for bookkeeping and tax-related work and it handles those tasks really well. Even without any formal training, I was able to pick it up quickly and start using it confidently.

Cons

Its biggest downside is the cost since it feels a bit expensive. I also didn't have a good experience using it on a Mac computer because it seemed less compatible and a little more complicated to work with there.

To me it looks like a world class platform and it's clearly ahead of the curve when it comes to AI innovation. Plus it delivers the right set of tools along with reliable real time data which helps teams make strategic decisions with a much smaller margin for error.

Cons

The drawbacks are pretty much the same ones you run into with any ERP system such as the implementation takes time and the organization has to adapt culturally as well. That said once everything is in place and you see the final result especially how user friendly it is, the effort feels worthwhile. Even so the invoicing and collections areas still have room to improve.

Honestly I liked pretty much everything. The AI side of it is especially exciting for all of us and I am really hoping to learn more details so I can fully understand all the benefits the solution has to offer.

Overall everything left me with a very positive impression. That said the expectations around AI definitely make you want to know a lot more about it.
