“amazing multicurrency control”
Pros
The tool does an excellent job of bringing all of our international subsidiaries together in one system while also handling multi-currency tracking really well. The auditing and billing tracking tools are especially valuable because they help us avoid errors when redistributing royalties to our musicians.
Cons
One downside is that the interface seems very overly corporate which is a sharp mismatch with the creative world we work in. On top of that any change to reports or any custom workflow setup calls for strong in-house technical expertise so I end up relying on our IT team or paid support even for small process adjustments.

“Good tool”
Pros
Its financial consolidation capabilities are genuinely impressive. It has become the single source of truth for our large state-based accounts, budget distributions and business metrics across multiple utility companies. The platform's flexibility with custom reporting along with its audit-readiness tracking, makes it much simpler to stay on top of regulatory reporting requirements.
Cons
The UI seems cluttered and dated which makes daily data entry tedious for team members who aren't very tech savvy. Setting up custom workflows for government compliance also took a lot of tailoring and ended up requiring either expensive consultants or fairly complex scripting.

“Custom dashboards boost efficiency”
Pros
One of the best parts is how customizable the dashboards are, letting me monitor real time performance exactly the way I need. Also it helps cut out duplicated data entry which saves time and keeps things more efficient.
Cons
Its pricing is very high and the lack of a fixed pricing structure makes it harder to predict costs. There are also extra charges that add up quickly and customer support feels somewhat limited.

“Easy to use with reliable support”
Pros
Using it has been a very positive experience. The platform is exceptionally user friendly and the customer service team has been consistently helpful. On top of that bugs and technical issues have been kept to a minimum which is exactly what you would expect at this price point.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. It's quite expensive for smaller businesses and it's really better suited to larger companies with bigger payrolls and higher sales volumes.

“Powerful cloud ERP for global teams”
Pros
NetSuite is a fully cloud based ERP that gives a complete, company wide view of operations. It makes it simple to handle accounting, inventory and CRM in one place. The real time reporting is especially valuable for management and it works very well for international businesses thanks to features like multi-currency and multi site support.
Cons
Customizing the system usually takes some technical know how. The interface can also feel a bit less user friendly at first so using it properly may require some time to get used to it.

“everything is easy to manage”
Pros
It made ordering and invoicing really convenient to handle. Typing the percentage sign along with an item code to auto-fill products saved a lot of time especially when entering large bulk orders and made the whole process feel much more efficient. I also liked how quickly orders could be printed since that made it easier to track exactly what had been entered. After using it for a while, it even seemed to recognize the items we ordered most often and would auto-populate those common products which helped make the ordering process even faster.
Cons
One thing that frustrated me most was not always being able to tell when someone else had updated an order or why the change was made. If a quantity got adjusted, for instance, there usually was not a clear note or explanation showing the reason behind it. Because of that, I often felt the need to print the order right after entering it so I would have a record to compare against if anything was changed later.

“Fast and efficient order links”
Pros
Working in it is really easy. It was very efficient and I could locate whatever I needed without any trouble. The built-in links within orders also made moving around the system really convenient.
Cons
I honestly didn't run into any problems with locating things or using the system. It was also consistently fast and never seemed to lag.

“Complete yet capable platform”
Pros
Pretty much everything about it has been excellent. It looks like a very complete system, packed with useful features and built to make day to day work much easier.
Cons
At this point I really do not have any complaints. I also will not be using every tool, only the ones tied to billing and accounts receivable.

“Customizable but overly complex”
Pros
NetSuite covers a lot and can be tailored to fit just about any business. For the amount of functionality it offers, the yearly cost seems fair.
Cons
Working with it in a manufacturing setting has been somewhat difficult. It tries to cover so much that even simple tasks can be done in too many different ways which makes the system feel overly complicated. The role-based setup adds to that confusion since different users may follow completely different paths to complete the same process. Reporting can also be frustrating because there are often 5 to 10 fields with the same name and some of them do not return any useful data. On top of that we had to pay extra for a few customizations we needed. There are also thousands of hours of training videos available but most of them are based on the standard version of the software and many are outdated compared to the current interface.

“Good features but report loading lags”
Pros
The interface is very user friendly, with strong functionality and efficient support. It's clearly built with usability and productivity in mind.
Cons
I feel like the initial loading time for heavier reports could be better and the visualization layout also has room for improvement.

“Valuable networking opportunities”
Pros
It gave me the chance to meet professionals, companies, partners and other people, building connections that can turn into job opportunities and business deals.
Cons
At larger events some of the content may not really match your specific field or level of experience which makes it harder to focus on and absorb what actually matters.

“Financial automation win”
Pros
The tool gives us a lot to work with especially when it comes to standardizing financial data, connecting the ERP with banking, tax and accounting systems and mapping the main data sources. It also helps a lot with financial processes, expense management, integrated AI within the ERP and smarter automation for financial workflows. On top of that the interface is very user friendly which makes it much simpler to use day to day.
Cons
There were a few minor errors and issues that felt a bit inconvenient along with some small delays. I also thought the lunch could have been a little better and when drinks were being served, it seemed like having another waiter would have helped.

“Reliable accounting and budgeting tools”
Pros
Our team uses it to handle account payment approvals, stay on top of budgeting goals and manage accounting data more effectively. It has been dependable overall with very few bugs or technical problems and support is available whenever something needs attention.
Cons
At times the system can work a little slow and the approval workflow is not always easy. There are also occasions when the email notifications do not come through as expected.

“amazing financial insights”
Pros
We first moved our finance operations to it because it's a well known platform and meant we wouldn't need to keep maintaining a financial structure inside our internal ERP. Over time though we started uncovering several other features that ended up benefiting us a lot and once connected with LLMs, they really boosted the visibility our leadership team has to support business decisions.
Cons
There are still some features that feel off compared with standard market practices and even with premium support and discussions with Oracle specialists, everyone seems to acknowledge that something is wrong or unusual. The frustrating part is that these corrections still don't make it into the backlog for future updates.

“More productivity with new tools”
Pros
I was able to explore opportunities within the platform that I still wasn't using even though I already had access to it. This is going to help a lot with my daily routine.
Cons
It met all of my expectations. There are still a few tools we don't currently have access to but we'll look into the possibility of enabling them to improve productivity at work.

“Flexible browser based ERP”
Pros
Getting started as an end user doesn't take much time and the browser-based interface feels natural to work in. The screen forms are highly customizable and it covers standard accounting and finance processes really well.
Cons
I noticed that it still misses a few built-in business processes such as sales contract and agreement management. Also some workflows can feel slower compared with the experience of using desktop ERP applications.

“quick to learn tool”
Pros
It's very easy to use so even someone who is new to this area can adapt to it in a very practical and fast way.
Cons
Though it has its own particularities but overall there isn't anything major to point out. I believe that when the system is purchased properly and the implementation is done well, everything tends to flow as it should.

“Unified, plus easy platform”
Pros
I would say the navigation is simple and getting the information you need is very easy. Having everything on a unified platform gives an excellent sense of visibility and makes day to day work much more practical.
Cons
The documentation is in English so we still need better language localization to make sure the entire team can fully understand everything.

“AI driven product evolution”
Pros
I have really liked how the product keeps evolving and how new features powered by artificial intelligence are being introduced for users.
Cons
Well the hardest part is dealing with the complexities and specific requirements tied to the tax reform especially when there's a need to comply with different municipalities.
