I must say the integration, customization and overall usability are really strong. The implementation process is fast and simple which makes getting started much better than expected.

It offers strong financial features along with AI-powered tools. I'm also interested in learning more about it and how it handles tax reforms in Brazil since Brazilian tax laws are very hard to understand.

I would say its pricing is quite high for small Brazilian businesses. It could be more affordable for new entrepreneurs who are just getting started.

To be honest at this point I still don't see many advantages compared with our old system, Exact Online. That may partly be because even after 4 months, we are still dealing with a very slow system so even standard day to day tasks take far too long to process. The only real benefit I can mention right now is that, at Corporate level, everything is housed in one system. For now, that is the only upside.

Right now the biggest problem is the speed as it is extremely slow. After 4 months it still has no clear idea what is causing it. This has supposedly been a priority for weeks, yet there is still no solution which is honestly unacceptable. It already takes 30 to 60 seconds just to open something as basic as a sales order or a purchase invoice. Follow-up actions such as creating a sales invoice, take at least as long. E-invoicing has also been a complete mess. A lot was promised upfront and e-invoicing was a requirement for us. Yet after more than 4 months, we still do not have a properly working e-invoicing solution. It seems more like a trial-and-error setup than a finished product. On top of that in my previous software package I could send VAT and EC Sales reports directly to the tax authorities, whereas now I have to enter everything manually again in the tax authority portal.

Pros

One thing I really like is how simple it is to store data and generate reports. The integration with other applications is also very easy which makes the whole system even more useful.

The part I like least about it overall is the pricing since it feels a bit expensive compared with other ERP systems.

The data presented is very interesting and should be really helpful for making predictive decisions throughout the forecasting process.

Learning more about the business intelligence side for predictive decision-making especially across forecasting, reports and ad hoc analyses would be great.

Having everything in one place makes it very convenient to work with. It simplifies day to day tasks and getting to real time data is quick and efficient which helps keep things moving.

Support can be limited when issues come up. There are bugs, ongoing problems and enhancement requests that have been around for a long time and still haven't been addressed and the maintenance costs are higher than they should be.

To me it seems user friendly from the start and using it was not a hassle. Moving through the different functions was simple and the navigation across the system made sense.

There really wasn't anything I disliked since my overall experience was positive. Even though it was my first time using the system, I didn't run into any major issues that stood out as negatives. A few moments were a little confusing simply because I was still learning but I see that as part of getting familiar with a new platform rather than a flaw in the software itself. The system performed efficiently and its features were useful for understanding business operations. Overall I didn't come across anything I would consider a real drawback and I'm happy with my experience using it.

NetSuite stands out because it brings most of the tools a business needs into a single system. It manages accounting, inventory, sales and customer information in one place which helps keep work more organized and saves time. Another big plus is that it's cloud based so it can be accessed anytime and from anywhere.

Working with some reports can be frustrating because they are not always very user friendly. At times it takes a while to generate the data needed which can slow down daily tasks. I have also noticed that certain transactions may lag or even time out especially when the system is under heavy use or processing large amounts of data.

It comes with a knowledgeable, very supportive team and the system itself really speaks for itself. It's very simple to use and navigate.

At the moment I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. It has truly made our accounting operations much easier.

NetSuite keeps getting better with ongoing updates, new features and platform improvements. They regularly roll out enhancements and optimizations that help boost performance, improve efficiency and expand what the system can do for the business as needs evolve.

A downside of it is how complex it can feel especially at the beginning. For new users learning the system and finding your way around often takes a lot of time, training and support before you can really make full use of all its features.

Nearly every feature in it supports our company's goals and helps drive profitability. At the moment the only part I like less is when switching from one role to another because the system automatically prevents the user from viewing the role that was previously logged in.

Getting it up and running was pretty easy and accessing it is quick and responsive. The financial capabilities are very comprehensive, with a lot more depth and range than many other systems and it's especially helpful that multiple companies can be managed within a single instance.

One frustration is that many advanced features are tied to separate modules even when only part of that functionality is actually needed.

It keeps adding really useful features especially the new AI connectors and matching capabilities. Updates like reconciliation and consignment make it clear they're paying attention to customer feedback and building what users actually need.

The matching capabilities still need some time to be properly tested. I also noticed the presentation didn't mention OCR and I'd still like to see stronger support for matching invoices, purchase orders and deliveries.

Having finance, inventory and purchasing all in one platform is what I like most about it. The customization options are also a big plus since a lot can be tailored without needing heavy coding.

One thing that could be better is performance because some pages load slowly at times especially when running saved searches.

NetSuite has been very flexible across its functions especially when it comes to reports. We're able to customize them based on exactly what we need which has been really valuable.

The issue wasn't really with the tool itself but more with the implementation partner. We were told that VAT-inclusive pricing couldn't be applied which was frustrating.
