“User-friendly and quick to adopt”
Pros
I find the interface user-friendly so getting familiar with it doesn't take long and the implementation process is also easy.
Cons
One downside is that the interface still feels likeitcould use a more modern visual refresh.

“flexible and polished ERP”
Pros
The software looks polished and offers strong functionality. It's also flexible enough to adapt to different needs and the interface is simple to work with.
Cons
The only problem we ran into was with downstream implications during the implementation process.

“client data at your fingertips”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about Business Central is how quickly I can pull up everything related to a client. The layout keeps all the information right there in one place so it always feels close at hand.
Cons
My biggest frustration withitis thatitseems to run into problems with data migration and integrating with other programs.

“powerful microsoft ecosystem fit”
Pros
Connecting with Microsoft tools such as Office 365 and Power BI works very well and it helps bring key business areas like finance, supply chain and customer relationship management into one organized system.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming especially if you're not already familiar withit so there is definitely a learning curve. The mobile app also still needs more work sinceitdoesn't offer all of the features available on the desktop version.

“powerful microsoft business sidekick”
Pros
Right away, Dynamics 365 Business Central looks like the ideal business sidekick. It connects very well with Microsoft tools like Office 365 so everything stays in sync and works together naturally. It also scales nicely as the business grows, whether you're just getting started or expanding and it comes with strong features for handling finances and daily operations without much hassle.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that tailoringitto match specific business needs may require help from a developer. That can add extra cost and make the setup a bit more complex if you're aiming for a highly customized solution.

“excellent fit for nonprofit approvals”
Pros
As a small to mid-sized non-profit, Business Central covers everything we need. It handles our more complicated approval workflows for purchase orders and invoices very well and budget holders can see real-time information whenever they need it.
Cons
Configuring the approval workflows can be fairly involved so we ended up working with a partner to getitimplemented properly. The licensing model also needs a bit of attention to make sure you're not paying for more than you need, although the non-profit discounts are definitely worthwhile.

Pros
Working with D365 Business Central is not a problem at all, both for daily use and for administration.

“Frustrating quotes and wasted time”
Pros
One useful part was that tasks could be handled in their own separate space without affecting the regular Dynamics 365 setup.
Cons
Beyond that, almost everything else was frustrating. Even creating a customer quote or invoice felt way more complicated thanitshould have been and Salesforce does a much better job by keeping everything together in one simpler system.Ithonestly seemed like management at Prestige Medical Imaging choseitmainly becauseitcost less but in day-to-day useitended up wasting a lot of time.

“flexible microsoft integration”
Pros
It integrates well with the Microsoft ecosystem which makes adoption much simpler for companies already used to tools like Office 365. Another big advantage is the platform's flexibility since it allows customizations that can be adjusted to fit the particular needs of each business.
Cons
Even with all its benefits, there are still areas whereitcould be better. The initial learning curve feels fairly steep especially for users who are not already familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem. Because of that, itcan be harder for our marketing team to positionitas a user-friendly option to potential customers. Cost is also a downside, asitcan be too expensive for smaller businesses and that ends up narrowing our target market.
