“All-in-one business access”
Pros
Using this program has been pretty easy and it gives me access to all the tools I need to keep my business running in one place.
Cons
Cost is a little too high anditwould be easier to justify if the renewal wasn't required every year. I'd rather pay more upfront and have the license last 5 years instead.

“powerful reporting and scalability”
Pros
Dynamics is an excellent system with a wide range of reporting capabilities. It also performs very well under pressure when handling large volumes of transactions.
Cons
The only downside withitis thatitcan feel overwhelming without prior experience andit's fairly complex.

“flexible and scalable foundation”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with BC is how flexible and scalable it is. Because the core architecture is built so well, we can extend the system in whatever direction our company needs and tailor it to fit our specific requirements.
Cons
Since the SaaS version depends on network stability, its processing can be affected by connection issues. If there is a network outage or a server-side problem, like we experienced before, itcan interrupt operations. These situations do not happen often but when they do, the impact is serious. Because of that, we are hoping to move back to an on-premises setup.

“Scales with your business!”
Pros
Starting with a team of just 5 and growing to 60 people across different locations, this product has kept up very well. It's built to scale and it's been ready to support our growth as the business expands.
Cons
Getting the full value out ofitdoes take someone with a developer background. We were tolditwas a flexible system and that's true but only whenit's managed by someone with the right technical skills.

“powerful modules across the business”
Pros
Right from finance to sales, purchasing, inventory, assembly and manufacturing, Dynamics 365 Business Central covers a lot of ground. It's a really great product with plenty of modules to support different parts of the business.
Cons
The downside is thatit's cloud-based so the monthly subscription never really goes away. Once your data is in the cloud, movingitback to an on-premise setup can be very difficult and frustrating.

“Efficient ERP for growing operations”
Pros
Business Central offers a wide range of tools for handling orders, inventory and accounting. It works well as a central system for getting a business up and running and managing core operations effectively.
Cons
Becauseitis so extensive, itcan sometimes be hard to locate specific features or even realize certain functions are available.

“real-time visibility for support”
Pros
Having access to real-time updates has been very valuable. I can log in quickly, see exactly what my team is seeing and jump in right away to help troubleshoot issues or answer questions.
Cons
One thing I am not a fan of is how the files connect with my personal desktop. Even though they're technically separated, I still have to scroll through a lot of extra, unnecessary options.

“Insights that scale”
Pros
It's helped us work more efficiently and having real-time performance metrics has made decision-making much better. Another big advantage is that it's built to scale so it can continue growing along with our company.
Cons
Well setting it up and learning how to useittook some time. How quickly someone adapts toitreally depends on their role in the company and what they needitfor.

“reliable microsoft ecosystem fit”
Pros
It works very well with Microsoft 365, is secure and being cloud-based makes it simple to manage. I also appreciate the support for extensions and how nicely it connects with Power Platform tools.
Cons
Customization can feel limited unless you have AL development skills and the learning curve is pretty steep for new users. There are also occasional sync problems when connecting with third-party apps.

“Limited reporting and weak integration”
Pros
Since it's a Microsoft product, signing in and handling organizational management is pretty natural. There are also quite a few add-ins available which is a plus. Aside from that, though, there really isn't much else about the product that stands out positively.
Cons
Reporting is quite limited anditfeels like almost every report we need has to be built through custom functionality. Another frustration is thatitdoesn't come with native integration for other Microsoft Dynamics products so we have to rely on third-party connector tools.

“powerful ERP for growing teams”
Pros
Across our US and Canada locations, D365 Business Central has been a really strong ERP for a mid-sized company. It comes with a wide range of features and using it across multiple sites has worked well for us. Microsoft's support has also been excellent whenever we've needed help.
Cons
There's a lotthis platformcan handle but we've noticed that too much customization can slow things down and cause some lag. After cutting back on some of the custom features recently, the overall experience has definitely improved.

“everything stays organized !”
Pros
It really helped me organize and separate the different programs I was working with. Things felt much more organized and it kept everything together in one place.

“all-in-one for hybrid teams!!”
Pros
Having everything in one place works very well for business use and team collaboration especially with access to all the Office tools and a shared drive. It's also available on mobile through 365 pilot which adds a lot of flexibility and makes it a good fit for hybrid and remote work.
Cons
The app and browser can be glitchy at times which makesitfeel unstable. There are moments whenitworks fine in the browser but on mobile I keep running into error messages which gets frustrating. Customer support is also quite slow and not very effective whenever issues come up.

Pros

“reliable for flight operations”
Pros
After using Dynamics for close to a year, I can honestly say I am very satisfied with it. We rely on it to track flight times, arrivals and departures, daily passenger numbers coming in and out and especially to record which facilities are used for each flight which has been the most useful part for us. It also supports other areas of our work, including purchasing, invoicing and additional departments.
Cons
There can be a bit of a learning curve if you are not very comfortable with technology soitmay feel difficult at first. Once you become familiar withit, though, itgets much better. One downside is that after buyingit, you cannot really make additional changes or customizeiton your own without reaching out to customer service.

Pros
The system handles inventory well and comes with a wide range of functions.
Cons
The functions aren't very clear and don't seem to align with accounting standards. Getting arounditis difficult and the modules don't really connect to accounting principles.Itfeels overly convoluted and support is expensive. On top of that the support team doesn't appear to have strong accounting knowledge.
