centralized tasks and smooth integration

Pros

The integration works very well and having tasks and assignments managed from one central place has been a big advantage.

Cons

Some parts aren't very simple to do especially when�it�comes to clients trying to set things up and manage everything on their own.

handy electronic invoicing

Pros

Using their electronic invoicing has been very convenient since there's no need to write invoices manually or rely on extra tools or equipment. Just a mobile phone and a computer are enough to get everything done comfortably.

Cons

At this point I haven't run into any issues because the overall features have been excellent.

solid business tracking

Pros

It did a decent job of helping keep track of the business overall.

Cons

The pricing didn't feel reasonable at the time and if�it�had been better, I'd consider trying�it�again.

frustrating and overpriced system

Pros

The only real benefit is that you can export data to Excel.

Cons

Finding anything in�it�is unnecessarily difficult and some fields you actually need are hidden. Basic items are missing, such as the general ledger card and customer card. Once a posting has been made, you cannot go back and change�it�later. During bank reconciliation,�it�sometimes matches a completely different invoice at random. There's also no manual or helpdesk available. On top of that�it's very expensive and a calculation error in the balance is simply unacceptable.

strong 365 integration

Pros

One thing I really like is how well it integrates with 365 and the updates made from Great Plains have been a great improvement.

Cons

The interface feels outdated and finding the reports you need can be harder than�it�should be. A lot of the report and field names don't use common terms so you really have to know�it�to track down what you're looking for. Having to depend on the search feature for that feels frustrating
