“Quite known but very complex”
Pros
Priority is a widely recognized and frequently used ERP and CRM tool so our new team members are likely familiar with it. It offers a wide range of ERP features and provides excellent customer support.
Cons
In my opinion the system can be pretty tough to learn and the API and integration features are not great. Also the API contracts break often and the overall stability is not very reliable.

“I am a huge fan of this system”
Pros
It is simple to learn and implement with a very logical and user friendly design. Also the platform offers many features, options and a high level of customization which I like the most. Data import and export are simple too and there are plenty of add-ons and integrations with other systems. And the cloud-based option is a plus too.
Cons
The reporting tools feel too basic to me and the CRM module is pretty limited too. Also the BI features don't really dig deep enough to give useful insights.
