What I really like is how user-friendly it feels, along with the strong built-in data collection capabilities. I've noticed new operators adapt quickly, and the documentation aligns well with AS9100 standards.
Cons
Documentation is lacking for first-time use or troubleshooting, which I find makes resolving problems harder than it should be.

“Modular web based complete system”
Pros
One thing I love is the modular architecture, along with the scheduling features, built-in QA system, and the fact that it's fully web-based so I can access it from anywhere.

Cons
