All the tools I need, from estimates to invoices, are readily available. I can track the shop's progress and schedule machine resources effectively, which helps provide accurate lead times during the quoting process.

Cons

Most of the drawbacks I have faced so far seem to come from my own lack of information as a user.

Pros

The software is easy to use, with thorough training readily available. The support team is exceptional, no issue is too small or large for them to address and I can manage the business remotely from anywhere in the world. A significant advantage is that everything I need is included, I do not have to keep purchasing additional modules for routine tasks.

Cons

It takes some time to learn the system, so I believe it is important to be prepared for about six months of challenges, unless you have an experienced user to help you, which can make a significant difference. Other than that, I do not really have any dislikes because my previous concerns have turned into positives now that I have a better understanding of how things work, which helps in everything I do.
