As part of a student-run business, I see how powerful yet approachable this ERP system is, and once students begin using it, they quickly gain confidence navigating the interface with little trouble.

Cons

For us, the sheer breadth of functionality in this product ends up being a minor downside, even though I can imagine many manufacturers would consider it a major advantage. At first glance the number of features felt overwhelming and a little intimidating, the same experience I've had with other ERP platforms. After actually using it, though, we thought the interface and workflow became quite simple.

Pros

Across the company, this software has been a huge relief because it's easy to use at every level. Everything from estimating to invoicing lives in one platform, helping me keep workflows centralized, paperless, audit-ready, and easy to manage even when I'm away from the shop.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have many negatives to point out. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to add a bit more flexibility in the category fields within the estimating module so I could more easily configure costing for the composites side of our business. That said, my implementation specialist worked closely with me and helped devise practical workarounds to get the functionality I needed, so the issue wasn't a deal-breaker and we were able to move forward without major pain.

Pros

What I value is how shop floor employees can enter setup and production details themselves, while automatic folders keep CAD and CAM files organized. With schedules, tooling, and part data always visible, my team works with more confidence and far less confusion.

There's a definite learning curve to this system. I've observed that because it covers so many functions, a few of our shop floor people needed extra time to figure out how things are connected and how the modules interact. Another downside I don't like is that it's difficult to see at a glance how many machine hours are available for a specific machining center within a chosen time window. Although it organizes employees and lines them up for work effectively, I find that it doesn't provide schedulers with enough visibility or planning tools to work with.

Having this tool in place gives me clear control over orders, scheduling, capacity, time tracking, and profit margins. The structure makes it approachable, and I appreciate working with a team I continue to recognize and collaborate with long after implementation.

Overall, we've found the tool generally very user-friendly and easy to pick up but a handful of the more advanced functions do demand specific training and a bit of domain knowledge before they click. Fortunately, that expertise comes with time and experience. On the upside, the platform includes a strong training program and a support ticket system that I consider outstanding and they are consistently available and responsive whenever we need help.

Ability to drill down and trace every transaction, along with the integrated QMS is great. Best of all, the SUPPORT has exceeded my expectations. I've tried other ERP systems and consistently found their support to be far more limited.
