Payment delays and confusion

Pros

I still have not come across a single benefit to this website. If someone enjoys sitting on hold, waiting forever to get paid and staying confused through the whole process, then this might suit them.

Cons

Getting clear answers from tech support is extremely difficult. Submitting invoices to a customer is unnecessarily hard and it was much simpler when I could work directly with the customer before this middle layer started slowing everything down. I wouldn't recommend this platform or anything like it to any business. It is not user-friendly at all. It feels like one of those systems that claims to make things easier but over time it actually makes it harder for suppliers to get answers and receive payment. They set their own deadlines and rules and there's basically nothing you can do about it.

Wastes time and money

Pros

Honestly there is not a single positive thing I can say about this company.

Cons

Their whole business model is built on putting themselves between customers and suppliers. The only thing they are supposed to do is simplify and process invoices and that only works when their awful system can actually read the invoice properly. The moment anything changes, it falls apart. Plus they may not bill suppliers directly but they still end up costing us time and money whenever the software fails. Then the only backup option is entering everything manually through their terrible online portal.

Clean layout but frequent crashes

Pros

The site has a very basic design and the layout is clean and simple to use. I also had one interaction with customer support and that experience went well.

Cons

It tends to crash more often than most websites which is definitely annoying.
