“Visual planning that fits us”
Pros
At our current stage and size, this software has been a really good fit because it gives us what we need without weighing the team down with a lot of unnecessary features. It's highly customizable and their team has been flexible when it comes to configuration. The visual layout also helps us plan our ranges more efficiently and the option to export data easily has been very valuable.
Cons
The T&A critical path function feels awkward as its fairly dated and doesn't seem designed to handle large volumes of SKUs very well. We'd also really like stronger options for exporting or viewing data at the color level instead of only within collections.

“It keep everything organized”
Pros
Having comments and photos in there makes it much clearer to communicate direction to manufacturers. Keeping all the information stored within each item also makes it really convenient to refer back to things from one season to the next. The B.O.M is helpful as well as it lists all the required components in one place for quick reference and procurement.
Cons
A limitation is that small icon item views cant be seen across more than one Collection. It also doesn't let me capture cost at the item level by colour or style. Another frustration is the lack of a screen view for care instructions so I have to keep going through the select-and-print process just to confirm I've chosen the correct option.
