From my side, I can easily pull reports and apply filters to access almost any information I need.

Pros
What I value most about Team is the ability to track everything down to the job level, which allows me to generate detailed customer reports, manage payroll easily, handle ACA administration in one place, and rely on strong customer support within a fully integrated platform.
Cons
A few things have been frustrating for me. For one, I miss the import/export capabilities we had with our old software and not being able to do that the same way here is a drawback. Another pain point for our payroll team is that liabilities can't be paid directly from Team which adds extra steps to our workflow. The inability to attach files within the system is also annoying, even though I know that feature (and several others) can be added for an additional fee. Third-party add-ons can get pricey at times. It would also help me a lot if the software offered reminders for liability payment due dates.

“Strong payroll and financial reporting”
Pros
Whenever needed, I'm able to pull detailed payroll data, generate multi-site financial reports, and export comprehensive general ledger reports, which helps me stay compliant and respond quickly to requests.
Cons
Sometimes I find it a bit tricky to track down the underlying details for specific general ledger modules which can slow down my workflow.

“System links everything so connected”
Pros
the system links payroll, scheduling and operations so everything's connected which is great. and because it's cloud-based, I can log in and work from anywhere at any time and their customer support has been excellent.
Cons
We were initially uneasy about the move to the cloud but that concern proved unfounded but my main issue now is that certain features block the ability to work across multiple screens or windows simultaneously and I'd like to see that improved.

“Everything is organized down to job”
Pros
The thing I like about Team is that everything is organized down to the job level as we can pull detailed reports for each job to share with our customers. Payroll navigation is�simple�too. There are a ton of reports available so I can find any information I need. I also like that I can handle Obamacare administration right inside the program though it's a lot of effort to make sure all details are captured and reported correctly but at least everything lives in one place. I value that all our functions are tied together in a single system integration was a major reason we decided to switch. Customer support has been fantastic. There are still many features we're getting familiar with but overall this feels like a very capable and promising solution in our experience.
Cons
I'm frustrated that I can't import and export data the way we used to with our old system. Another issue for our payroll team is that liabilities can't be paid directly from Team. The lack of a way to attach files is aggravating too even if this and several other capabilities can be purchased as add-ons. Third-party extensions sometimes come with a high price tag. It would also be helpful to have built-in reminders for liability payment due dates in our view.

Pros
We rely on a single platform for everything and its modules all integrate with one another seamlessly. Beyond that we've fully transitioned from paper to digital so no more manual timesheets. Staff now clock in using their phones and there are plenty more useful features we've come to appreciate.
Cons
I find that the accounting features include everything we require but they aren't nearly as automated as something like QuickBooks, since the product isn't designed primarily as accounting software. It does mean there's a learning curve and it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with it.

Pros
I really value how well it ties everything together. By combining Finance, HR, Operations and Payroll into one platform we make far fewer mistakes and our productivity has jumped noticeably. Because of this integration our company has been able to grow quickly for clients year after year.
Cons
We've noticed that new features can take quite a while to reach production and there's a noticeable usability learning curve, so getting new hires up to speed requires a fair amount of training and patience.

I'm impressed by how�user-friendly�it is plus it comes with all the tools my company needs for scheduling, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Cons
There is almost nothing I can fault it for. My only gripe is that the payroll module could use more advanced features essentially acting like a full payroll service. Because of that I am considering outsourcing payroll and tax handling to an external provider.

When I'm in a training class, the trainers can log onto our system and walk me through the how-to steps for the specific subject or module I'm using, which makes the learning much more practical and relevant.
Cons
I would like to have more no-cost training sessions available and also some of the reports are missing information that I need or should be expanded to include more useful details.

I'm convinced it's the best BSC software solution available as having every software need consolidated in one place instead of juggling multiple systems to get the job done has been extremely useful to me.
Cons
