Pros

For me, the way categories are broken down and how simple they are to use really stands out.

Cons

Ever since my team and I began using WinTeam back in 2007, we've expanded to using nearly every feature and function it offers. It has made operating our business far more efficient than it was before!

We manage our whole business from within a single application and frequent updates keep improving things and adding useful new features.

Cons

Pros

I find the software extremely comprehensive as it includes everything I need, from financial controls and payroll to detailed frontline information.

Cons

When I use the sales tracking module, it really needs a lot more flexibility and configurable options to match how we work.

Quick drill down into details

Pros

I really appreciate being able to double-click those blue fields and quickly drill down into the details.

Cons

What bothers me is that photos can't be attached to work tickets and then carried over to invoices.

hard to understand

Pros

it makes our day-to-day tasks much simpler. It also enables us to cut expenses like overtime and keeps our workforce scheduling and management running smoothly and efficiently.

Cons

It took us several hours to configure the financial reports. Also, whenever we create a new GL account, we have to go back and add it manually into the financial report which is a bit tedious.

Limited training and report gaps

Pros

When I'm in a training class, they can remotely log into our system and walk me through the how-to's for the specific subject or module I'm using.

Cons

I'd like them to offer more free training sessions, also I've noticed several reports omit data we need and it would help if those reports could be expanded to include additional information.

All in one paperless system

Pros

Everything has been gathered into one platform and all the parts communicate with each other. Also, we were able to switch entirely from paper-based processes to electronic, no more timesheets. Employees now clock in with their phones. The list of improvements goes on!

Cons

On the accounting side, everything we require is available but it's noticeably less automated than something like QuickBooks because the suite isn't primarily an accounting product. It'll just take us some time to get used to it.

Unified departments boost productivity

Pros

What I appreciate is the way it congreatates everything for us. Because finance, HR, operations and payroll are combined, we see far fewer mistakes and a big jump in productivity. This congreatation has enabled our company to grow quickly and serve more clients year after year.

Cons

Unfortunately, new updates often take a significant amount of time to reach production and because the interface isn't particularly simple, the usability learning curve is noticeable, so we have to spend extra time training new team members.

feasible tools for core accounting

Pros

What impresses me most is how simple the system is, and it includes all the tools my company needs for scheduling, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Cons

Overall I don't have many grievances. What I'd really like to see is more great payroll functionality, something that operates more like a dedicated payroll service with extra features. Because of that gap, my team and I are seriously considering outsourcing our payroll and tax handling to an external provider.

Outdated dependencies feel limiting

Pros

EHub and the range of features it offers are extremely useful, and I'm genuinely excited to see future updates and continued modernization.

Cons

dependence on Citricx and UniPrint is frustrating, they feel outdated and I'd like to see a more modern solution.

Platform feels outdated and expensive

Pros

What I like is that it's an integrated package with a mobile platform that connects payroll and accounting features easily.

Cons

the product lacks an HR module and the implementation partner we were given simply isn't a workable option. The whole platform needs modernization, focusing on a much easier user experience and real analytics across all modules. Their BI offering doesn't solve the issue, it forces the software vendor to sit down with customers and build bespoke analytical reports. Naturally that becomes a chance for them to bill extra for functionality that should already be included. It all feels very outdated to use and other vendors offer more mature, feature-rich platforms out of the box.

Steep learning curve and high cost

Pros

Based on my experience, this is the best Balanced Scorecard (BSC) software I've used, and having all our requirements congreatated into one solution instead of juggling multiple systems makes work far more efficient for my team.

Cons

I find the platform has a steep learning curve for our staff, the customer support could be much better and the pricing is on the high side.

Too much clicking slows work

Pros

What I appreciate is that all our tasks are managed within a single application, from accounting and payroll to scheduling and work requests.

Cons

On the data-entry side, I wish it required far less mouse use, it would make things much easier if I could simply tab through fields instead of constantly clicking around which slows me down and interrupts my workflow.

Successful tool consolidation

Pros

After congreatating tools, I was able to move away from three separate programs that never communicated with each other, and switching to this unified solution has been a huge win for my team.

Cons

Setup was complicated and I found it very time-consuming to enter all the information into the system manually, because it takes a lot of effort and time before things are fully usable.

Connected cloud based operations

Pros

What I really like is how every department, payroll, scheduling, and operations, is connected, and being cloud-based means I can access it anytime, anywhere, which is incredibly convenient.

Cons

At first the idea of being cloud-based made me nervous but I quickly realized those fears were unfounded. What still bothers me is that certain parts of the program allow you to work on multiple screens simultaneously, I wish the software had settings to stop that so users couldn't be working in different places at the same time and creating potential conflicts.
