“Poor customer service and overpromising”
Pros
To be frank, I can't say there's much to praise, honestly, nothing at all. The platform feels seriously outdated and their customer support is terrible. I've found them hard to deal with, they barely do anything, so I'm frequently stuck calling back because issues aren't properly fixed.
Cons
What annoys me most is their awful customer service and the bait-and-switch approach they use. They'll tell me they can handle requests and meet my needs but I've discovered they simply lack the true capabilities they promise.

“Getting assistance is easy!!!”
Pros
Whenever I needed help it was very easy to connect with customer service which is a plus point of WinTeam.
Cons
I found it very difficult to use, with constant issues. They charged for everything, including training sessions. Fixing problems with WinTeam can take months if they get resolved at all. Also it is not user-friendly, and the reporting capabilities are poor which makes it impossible to generate reports for every data field I enter.

I really appreciate having a wide range of information congreatated in a single spot for easy reference.
Cons
Occasionally I find my searches awkwardly slow and clunky and I can't tell whether it's related to my manager handling my job postings.

not a con but sometimes when importing new hires they don't always come through or it often takes an excessively long time and occasionally I have to import them manually.

I find the software easy to use and it reliably handles the functions we need for our business.
Cons
There are a lot of areas that could be improved. The biggest problem is whenever I report something, I am simply told to submit it through the idea portal which feels pointless because nothing ever gets acknowledged or tracked properly. More than once I have felt like I know more about the product than the WinTeam staff and I usually end up walking the help desk through the steps needed to actually resolve our problems.

Pros
On a daily basis I rely on WinTeam. It is really user-friendly and simple to pick up. I have worked with both the Customer side and the Employee side of WinTeam. There are still many features I have not explored yet, however I am enthusiastic about discovering more of what it can do.
Cons
Sometimes I find the product feels a bit dated but even so I still think it is great to use.

I rely on WinTeam because it offers a strong, all in one ERP solution that enables organizations from the smallest shops to the largest enterprises to run their operations. It removes the hassle of juggling multiple disjointed systems and separate logins, consolidating everything into a single pane of glass.
Cons
While it has grown alongside our industry and with our company, I feel the platform is starting to show its age. The user interface lacks the modern features and polish needed today to consistently meet client expectations.

Well I really value how it brings all of our needs together in one complete, smart system from processing payroll to overseeing HR functions and managing AR, it handles everything.
Cons
Logging in is acceptable as it is not terrible but I think the sign-in process could be smoother and needs some refinement.

I like that we can view information for a large number of employees, the reports are attractive and informative and while it is only somewhat user-friendly to navigate, I do like the portal idea.
Cons
From my experience, getting it integrated was a real headache. Plus bringing data over from ADP didn't go smoothly and setting up benefits turned out to be quite complicated.

Pros
It's known as a leader in the industry and I completely agree with it. It serves as an integrated solution that theoretically could be the only software needed by a cleaning company.
Cons
WinTeam software is quite difficult to set up, not efficient to use and retrieving simple data reports is very difficult. And while some service representatives are helpful, the help I get often contradicts itself. When I decided to leave, they tried to hold my data hostage and charged a heavy fee just to access historical information.

Pros
Having all modules in one place is very important for us. We like WinTeam because it has the ability to drill down from the general ledger to the original source, whether it is fixed assets, payroll or invoices. Also the software is easy to use and quick to learn.
Cons
The employee module could benefit from additional features, such as PTO requests that automatically populate my timesheets once approved. It would also be helpful to have expense reporting by employees that updates their 'other compensation' for the payroll check. A change of status form that allows me to update an employee's file and notify HR and Payroll once completed would be useful too, especially for status, rate, or job changes.

Overall, WinTeam is fairly easy to use. The modules we use are key for our operations and meet our needs well. Plus the help desk is also very cooperative.
Cons
One aspect I'm not particularly fond of is exporting reports into Excel. Because the profit and loss statements do not come out in a usable format.

Pros
One thing I like the most about WinTeam is the exceptional customer service we consistently receive. Whenever I face an issue, it's resolved on the same day. I also pick up valuable tips and tricks from the customer service team every time I reach out. I've realized that if I believe there's a better way to accomplish something, it's worth calling in as a solution likely already exists.
Cons
My only concern is that overtime calculations are limited to 15 day reporting periods.
