good ehub but reliance feels outdated

Pros

I really like EHub along with the functionality it provides. I'm eager to see updates and a modernization roadmap.

Cons

For me, I've found the reliance on Citricx and UniPrint feels outdated and could use more modern alternatives.

Integrated package but missing HR module

Pros

I like that it's an integrated package paired with a mobile platform which links payroll to accounting functions.

Cons

In my experience the absence of a true HR module has been a big drawback and I've found that relying on the partner they recommend doesn't really solve that gap. The whole platform feels due for an overhaul so it should be refreshed with a stronger focus on ease of use and real analytics across every part of the system. Their BI offering isn't a complete answer on its own as it demands that the vendor collaborate closely with customers to build usable analytical reports. Predictably that becomes a chance for them to bill extra for capabilities that, to me, ought to be included in the core product. Overall it comes across as dated in both look and operation and compared to other systems on the market it's missing features that many competitors include as standard, making those alternatives feel more robust and modern.

Consolidated three standalone software packages

Pros

I managed to consolidate three standalone software packages, one for workforce management, one for accounting and another for customer satisfaction into WinTeam and now each of those areas communicates with the others internally. This shift has been a huge win for my team and has simplified how we operate across departments.

Cons

For me, the setup process was fairly complicated. It demanded a lot of time to manually enter all of our information and complete the initial data entry into the system, which made the implementation slower than I expected.

system is so easy-to-use

Pros

For me, the system is soeasy-to-usethat new hires can begin using it almost immediately after a brief introduction or minimal training.

Cons

I find it somewhat restrictive when it comes to catering to my individual preferences.

Relies on it for all needs

Pros

My company relies on this software for all our needs and it consistently delivers more than I expected. The support crew is always quick, friendly and extremely efficient at getting me the help and answers I'm looking for.

Cons

I'd appreciate stronger version history and auditing features so I can clearly see each change and who performed it, because the current tracking feels limited.
