Easy to learn and use

Pros

I like how user friendly the program is. I started using it for the first time about a year ago and was able to familiarize myself with it quickly. Plus, the out of the box financial reports are both useful and customizable.

Cons

To expand the use of modules, we have to pay as we build functionality.

Job costing feature is superbbb!!!

Pros

WinTeam's job costing features are very powerful. And the options for sorting and filtering reports are only limited by our creativity. The team at WinTeam is actively working to improve their product and customer needs are their utmost priority.

Cons

While there are product improvements that would be beneficial, there's no need to separate each module and create a wish list for changes. I've used the software for 11 years and each year brings new innovations and improvements.

Super amazing and helpful

Pros

I picked WinTeam because it has different modules for important functions of the company that all connect together. This way, I can get a complete picture of the whole company or focus on a specific department. It's super helpful.

Cons

Some functions remain clunky and time-consuming, especially the Insurance Benefits module, which has led us to use our insurance vendor's portal for tracking and reporting. We have also stopped using the Inventory module because the amount of data entry and maintenance required didn't justify the benefits it provided.

Impressive but a bit costly

Pros

This program allows me to manage nearly every aspect of my business. It provides a single system to track payroll, payables, receivables and even for budgets, overhead and accounting reports.

Cons

Some features come with extra costs that we just could not fit into our budget. Also, some things that you'd think would be simple, like automatically printing invoices with payments received on them but this is not an option, which is a bit frustrating.

Important tool for my work!

Pros

I really like the reporting and tracking features. Plus the job costing and hours variance reports are the most valuable feature for my role.

Cons

WinTeam software is complex and often difficult to navigate. I know it has the potential to provide many useful metrics but I feel like I'm missing out because I can't run them or even know they exist. But customer support is excellent in helping me overcome this challenge.

All in one solution!

Pros

WinTeam is easy to use and serves as an excellent all-in-one software solution. The various security settings are amazing for establishing proper user access.

Cons

The Citrix login process is a bit awkward. And it becomes difficult to work when the system updates and is down for hours, especially since we have a 24 hour dispatch center that gets interrupted during these times.

Pros

I find WinTeam user-friendly and easy to navigate. Entering data is also simple and onboarding new employees through Kwantek is a definite advantage.

Cons

WinTeam software is not history-driven which means any date can be used without justification. And the benefits portal is difficult to navigate and not at all user friendly. Plus there's no way to correct data that has been entered incorrectly, and generating reports within the system isn't easy. I haven't had the chance to explore the BI module yet.

Pros

The Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules are excellent. Plus the customer support is excellent as they are always available whenever I need an assistance.

Cons

I think the notifications in TeamTime need to be simplified. We've had ongoing issues with this since the beginning, and they are still there. Additionally, the call review log should link the facility to the phone number instead of just displaying the number (for example, 304-253-0800 TNCC). It would also be helpful to have a daily report showing facilities that weren't clocked in the previous night. Our previous timekeeping software offered these features, which are important in our industry for ensuring we can attend to our clients daily. It's more effective to reach out to a client in the morning if a facility hasn't been cleaned rather than waiting for them to contact us.

Accessing important info is pretty easy

Pros

The modules are set up in a really similar way, which makes it super easy to get everything set up. The system lets a lot of people in our organization access important info right when they need it. The reporting features are pretty solid too. We've really enjoyed how easy it is to handle payroll, especially with timekeeping and different pay rates. The customization options are a bit of a mixed bag for us. On one hand, it's great because we've found tons of ways to tweak the software for different parts of our business, and that's definitely been helpful!

Cons

Ehub has so many problems. Many of our end users lack technical skills which leads to major training issues. Updating to GL for all transactions can be quite tedious. Reporting is fairly good but paying extra for the BI feature has made a noticeable difference. Like it would be better if this were included in the software price. While the ability to customize is a benefit, it can complicate more basic processes.

Everything is available in one place

Pros

I like that all facets of the software are available in one place and work well together, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling and inventory management.

Cons

I would like to see more standard reporting features included with the product.

WinTeam works well for us!

Pros

WinTeam software covers many aspects of our business operations. We use it every day and often discover new features. Also, they frequently update and add new functionalities which is great but sometimes can be difficult to keep up with.

Cons

As a small company that has been with them for quite a while, we struggle to find budget space for all the new features. I am trying to make this work because they could potentially pay for themselves if properly used.

Web-based options should be there.....

Pros

It's easy to use and allows me to run a variety of reports without any hassle.

Cons

The customer portal lacks a customer-centric approach. Customers should have some level of access to view specific items, such as schedules. We also need a web-based option now that working from home has become the norm.

Great reporting tool with room for improvement

Pros

I love how I can generate profit and loss statements for each job or customer with just a couple of clicks! Having all my information consolidated in one software is very easy too.

Cons

For some tasks, too many clicks are needed to get the answers I need. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in report criteria like for some reports, I can filter by Region/Tier, but for others, I have to use Supervisor, which is not very accurate.

Saves us time!

Pros

The WT Software has really simplified my payroll processes as now we have transitioned from paper time cards to a much more accurate and time-saving method of collecting data.

Cons

Coming from a QuickBooks background, I used to like being able to generate Form 940 and 941 from the system. I would love to see this feature in WinTeam too.

WinTeam - A reliable software

Pros

The export features for all reports are user-friendly. And the Grid function is simply the best. In short I like using WT.

Cons

There is no global bill rate update, compared to the pay rate update which is a drawback to me personally.

Combines everything which allows us to avoid hassle

Pros

It's great that it combines HR, timekeeping and accounting into one package. The previous software we used didn't meet all our needs at that time we had to rely on two separate systems but now this is not the case.

Cons

Not all modules function the same way. If I can double-click on one module, I might only need to click once in another module. And the dropdown menus are inconsistent between different modules.

Cons

I Love WinTeam

Pros

I love the tiers and how easy it is to pull up the info I need. It makes finding what I'm looking for super simple.

Pros

Job costing is really all-encompassing and the reporting is great. It covers everything we need to keep track of costs and helps you see the bigger picture.

Cons

Implementing and learning the software was very challenging for us. And once an invoice is posted making changes to it is quite difficult.
