Cons
In the sales process, the customer mailing could be simplified. The introduction of the web version made a big step in 2023 and filled an important gap. The ability to use both the web version and the traditional desktop version at the same time keeps the user at the center, making life easier for our whole team.

The desktop version has many powerful features, but sometimes, the design could be more modern. Regular updates help with that. We are looking forward to the next one!
