“flexible branding and integrations”
Pros
Right from the beginning, the platform stood out for us for its range of homepage layouts and flexible customization options which makes it possible to tailor the experience so each client event feels distinct. It also comes packed with useful features and is very simple and easy for us to work with. On top of that, there are several APIs and integration options available, so connecting other solutions into the platform is quite manageable for us. Customer support has been consistently excellent as well, with fast replies and helpful assistance whenever we've needed it.
Cons
One area that could use some work is the meeting platform, especially when it comes to giving more flexibility and more setup options for different types of delegate meetings.

“useful event tools but laggy”
Pros
It works well for us as a platform for events and seminars. There are plenty of great features included and they're genuinely helpful when it comes to organizing, managing and hosting an event for us.
Cons
There are a lot of features in the system but it can feel a little slow and unresponsive at times. The functionality is there, though in some cases it isn't very easy to use.
