There is nothing so special about it other than that it is a widely available and well known brand making it a trusted brand name.
Cons
The fees and the limited selection of local events are a majore downside for me.

Pros
At Eventbrite there are various ticket options available such as free tickets, cost-based tickets or VIP tickets. Let me tell you that the type of ticket you offer is only limited by your creativity.
Cons
Sometimes when searching for a certain type of event like a conference, the results do not actually show conferences. I noticed the same issue occurs with workshops.

I love how easy it is to use for managing events and being listed for similar ones.
Cons
At times it is not clear when you receive your ticket. Also let me tell you that there are no pay as you go events or crypto payment options.

It is affordable and I find it perfect for very small events.
Cons
Eventbrite does not provide the same amount of data that larger ticketing platforms do which is a huge flaw when working on capital city and regional tours.

I have always had a great experience with the app. Also the tickets come quickly which is a big plus. Moreover it is easy to use and download tickets to my phone.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is downloading the app.

The only thing that I like about them is that they offer a proven, reliable tool for ticket sales and event payments.
Cons
Their customer service is awful as they are hard to reach and slow to respond. Our event closed on March 8th and I am still waiting for verification from a third-party vendor. They refuse to accept the required documents even though they are accepted by other financial institutions. This is especially frustrating since we have used them three times before without issue. Plus they are obstructing access to our funds and won't offer alternatives. Also the chatbot is an algorithm and does not help with complex issues like verification. If your problem is unique good luck.

Pros
Worst company ever. I have been trying to get my account cleared and funds from a completed event paid out for ages. I have chatted with different people almost daily but every person gives conflicting instructions. Plus they keep directing me to snipboard which instantly disconnects the chat. Absolutely would not recommend using this site.
Cons
The chatbox is the only way to get in touch with anyone and there is no way to speak to a person over the phone.

It offers a very simple way to create dynamic content directly in a browser with a pretty user friendly user interface. Plus it integrates well with several CRM platforms helping us engage with our target audiences without an issue.
Cons
I noticed a few limitations to the type of content we can offer. Plus the platform is mainly designed for event registrations so trying to use it for other purposes is tricky. Additionally our clients have complained about difficulties downloading tickets, calendar invitations or other third-party items confirming event registration.

I use Eventbrite often and it is so easy to use. Plus I love that I can check out as a guest.
Cons
One thing I wish for is that my ticket is automatically saved to the calendar event so it is easy to find later.
