“Really simple management for free events

Pros

Managing events is really simple now and for free events, there are no fees to pay which I like the most.

Cons

It takes a little while to learn all the features but it is easy to find helpful guides online if we get stuck.

This website makes it easy to find events and helps organizers promote their own events. It is the simplest event website available. It also works perfectly with Facebook which has helped my professional events reach more people.

Cons

Using the separate Organizer app to manage events is not the most seamless experience. I often have to switch back to the main app to find details that are missing from the organizer version.

It's honestly great that they can handle everything from a tiny gathering to a huge conference. While we are setting things up, their system prompts us with helpful suggestions we might not have considered on our own.

Cons

The cost for premium features is a downside, of course. Also the reliability of their email reminder system has not been great lately.

Eventbrite platform has everything we could need. Every feature required to organize my meetings and seminars is right there and available.

It can be a bit complex. Even after hosting several seminars, I still sometimes have trouble locating specific settings or information.

It is the best for finding events and continuing professional development courses. All the essential details like schedules, dates and prices are always presented clearly.

Finding specific features or events could be more easy plus a mailing list that matches my interests would also be a great addition.

Getting an event page live is a simple process and does not take very long at all.

All the event pages tend to look the same and there is not much we can do to customize them with our own brand's look without paying for a premium membership.

The analytics and data we get are solid. Since it was one of the original platforms, it is also good for helping people find your event.

To me the interface feels way too crowded and has a really poor user experience. Tracking down specific features is frustrating and the service fees are also pretty steep.

It is an amazing tool for registering lots of different events and keeping them all organized so I honestly do not have any complaints about it.

I love that you can still print your ticket. It just makes getting into the event so much simpler, especially if your phone battery is low or you're not great with apps.

One downside is that it is not very easy to get in touch with an event's organizer directly if we run into a problem.

To be honest, this tool is easy to use and looks nice. The reports are detailed and help me track who is signing up. Also because my events are easy for people to find, I have been able to reach new customers.

The new pricing structure is what I like least. It used to be a very affordable option for me but now that costs are calculated per event and I cannot justify the expense for the free and low-cost events I run.

I really do not have any major issues. If I were forced to pick one, I would say free events sometimes don't load properly on my phone but that might just be an issue on my end.
