Pros
I think once familiar with the software, it becomes fairly easy to use.
Cons
There's a noticeable lack of flexibility and customization within the software. It would be beneficial to have the option to customize certain features to align better with our organization's workflow. Also I have a hard time getting in touch with customer support, often taking several days for a response.

“Good to have live links for updates”
Pros
The system is very easy to understand! Live links are especially helpful, allowing clients to see updates as soon as I update them.
Cons
The reporting system could definitely be improved. While there are numerous reports that can be generated, they aren't always particularly useful for our needs.

“Simple yet useful product”
Pros
Tripleseat has an incredibly simple interface. Customizing settings to fit my needs is very easy, especially since I manage events for three restaurants.
Cons
There are glitches I've reported that seem to have been dismissed by customer support. For example, emails sent through Tripleseat frequently get blocked by corporate firewalls or end up in the trash. This is especially problematic when dealing with finance clients and I can't keep telling them to check their junk folders. It's led to me avoiding Tripleseat for bookings with those clients, which is a significant portion of our revenue.

Cons
Emails with more than one attachment can be problematic, it's frustrating when I can't include multiple photos or menus in a single communication.

Keeping all of my work centrally located and organized is a major advantage.
Cons
It would be great to have more seamless communication between discussions with leads and the events that result from them. There have been times when I discussed important details with a guest but couldn't locate the conversation later. Also the printable calendar could be clearer regarding confirmed versus prospective events. The text is often too small and doesn't include all the necessary information at a quick glance, which makes it challenging for the team to reference.

Pros
Customer service was the top feature for me, and the auto-generating forms are also incredibly easy to use.
Cons
The credit card form needs an upgrade, it should enable electronic completion and signatures from any device. Also I think an app would be a game changer, especially for checking calendars and creating BEOs and contracts while on the move.

Pros
The automation of event documents has transformed my workflow. No longer do I prepare individual BEOs by hand, which has made the process much more efficient.
Cons
Uploading floor plans can feel difficult and a bit of a struggle. And I'm not sure if there's any integration with OpenTable or other platforms that could simplify our operations.

The best part of planning and implementing events is having everything needed for all teams like admin, chef, service, in one easy-to-use place. Being cloud based allows access from home, enabling real time guidance for our teams onsite.
Cons
It would be incredibly useful if all uploaded documents could be accessed easily just by scrolling over calendar events. Having BEOs, menus, and receipts readily available at a glance would make our workflow much smoother!
