Pros
I appreciate how quickly Tripleseat turns leads into events and bookings, saving us a ton of time on client proposals.
Cons
I do not enjoy how fragile some of the features can be. Sometimes it is a matter of one checked box that can have things completely turned around, but we have no way of knowing/finding the box that needs to be checked or unchecked. This can sometimes make it feel like we need to contact our reps just to get a simple thing fixed.

Pros

“Good match for me
Pros
As an event manager with a small team, I find Tripleseat comprehensive and user-friendly. It's critical for my success and efficiency. I use the lead, event, and calendar features countless times a day, and I love that I can import email response templates and BEO templates. Their customer service is super friendly and fast.
Cons
Tripleseat has some quirky features that can be frustrating. For example, when trying to add a new client, there's often a lag that really slows down my workflow. It's especially tricky since you can only attach one client to a lead. This means when I'm working with couples or both parents of the groom, I can only use one email address, which confuses them about who's in the conversation. The email function feels like a weak spot and there have been simple feature requests that seem like common sense but haven't been addressed yet. It would really make a difference to see some of these improvements! There are weird quirks which I think needs to be fixed, like slow client entry, and email communication is limited to one address, which can confuse clients.

“A wide collection of features
Pros
I love how event request links can be embedded into my website for client ease. The task function serves as a reminder for me, and I can see if clients received and opened my emails. TS Direct is a game changer, it allows guests to book themselves a private room or catering, select a menu, and submit payment.
Cons
TS Direct has come a long way in the past year, and I really appreciate the improvements! One thing that would make my life easier is if any menu changes I make on the main TS site could automatically sync everywhere else. Also, it would be so helpful if the location toggle remembered my choice, having to re-select it each time can be a bit annoying. Just a couple of tweaks like that would really streamline the process!
