“System navigation for invoices works well”
Pros
Getting around the system isn't hard and it's simple to go back and pull up things that were created in the past.
Cons
There are two issues I've run into. When I go back and pull up an older invoice to print as proof, the system replaces the original invoice date with the current date on the printout. For example, if I need to show that something was invoiced on 2-4-2019, I can locate that invoice without any trouble but when it prints, it shows today's date like 3-12-2020 instead. The other problem comes up when creating a transfer for an item such as a car or pickup truck. There isn't any class code option to choose for that type of item and it would really help to have a vehicle code available for cases like that.
