“Reliable API integrations”
Pros
Starting with it was easy and the platform feels very user-friendly. It connects with ERP systems, the interface is quite complete with all the information you need in one place and it also offers the option to be implemented as a standalone solution.
Cons
Integrations were one area where clarity fell short for me. More detailed API information would have been useful and the pricing is not presented very clearly.

“wonderful reporting”
Pros
Managing information feels much less demanding, thanks to the simple data entry and useful indicators.
Cons
Highly specialized software and I honestly don't have any negatives to point out since it seems very well aligned with the field it serves.

“I actually use every tool!!”
Pros
In practice, it feels very easy and that simplicity in how it works is one of its biggest strengths. The ideas behind the product are thoughtfully designed which makes the platform feel well built and well put together. Fracttal BI and the indicators are also very valuable features.
Cons
Some forms could offer a better user experience, in my opinion. The meter association component is another area that could use some improvement.

“Live insights are amazing”
Pros
Straight away, the interface feels very easy to use and the predictive maintenance tools do a really good job of helping anticipate failures before they happen. It also offers comprehensive management features along with real-time data which makes monitoring and decision-making much more effective.
Cons
Speaking of cons, the filters can be a bit tricky to work with and some of the advanced features are fairly complex. There are also times when downloading full historical information is inconvenient since the reports are not available for direct download and only a flat file is provided.

“lives up to the ratings”
Pros
What you have here is a very dynamic platform that takes into account all the different aspects of maintenance for both machines and vehicles, along with the related logistics.
Cons
Development is ongoing for the AI side but it's moving in the right direction and once it's finished it could become an essential tool for the company's maintenance operations.

“Integrations make it infinitely more useful”
Pros
Many of the core maintenance features are clearly structured thoughtfully built and each one serves a very clear purpose. The platform is also highly configurable so it can be adapted to different operational needs without much limitation. Another strong point is the wide integration capability with external software through its API. On top of that, the option to use IoT devices for real-time asset monitoring and information adds a lot of value.
Cons
Confusion can arise for new users when getting the extra catalogs set up at the beginning. There are also features that require entering information into fields with very similar or almost identical names which can make the learning process harder when starting out. It may also feel like some information is being duplicated, such as when you open a Request, then a Task and later a Work Order.

“keeps everything well managed”
Pros
All of the things are very well organized so it's much simpler to locate the tools we need. That structure also makes it easier for us to keep everything managed in a more efficient way.
Cons
Apart from one issue, the app is very useful. The only downside is that when signing in with one account, it doesn't allow more than one device to be connected at the same time.

“data I can trust”
Pros
Helps us pull maintenance indicators quickly and present the management team with metrics backed by depandable, concrete data.
Cons
During the plant's implementation phase, when everyone is still adapting to the system, we're unable to correct or remove information from the auxiliary catalogs which is a limitation.

“Superb!!!”
Pros
Technically speaking, the interface is very simple to use which is the part I work with most. I also appreciate the variety of meters it includes.
Cons
Improvement could be made to the large number of permissions and restrictions tied to the technician profile. Aside from that, I really don't have much else to point out as a negative.

“10 out of 10”
Pros
As a beginner, I found the interface simple to understand right away. I'm still exploring the system and learning what all its features can do but at this point I'm very satisfied with it.
Cons
I'm still new to the whole system, I don't really have any negative points to mention yet. Only with more time using it will I be able to tell if there are any issues or areas that could use improvement.

“Tools like no other software”
Pros
From handling asset management work orders to both preventive and corrective maintenance, this platform feels modern and well equipped. It covers the core maintenance processes effectively and has the capabilities needed to manage assets in a reliable way.
Cons
Expect to spend quite a bit of time on initial configuration especially when setting up assets, maintenance plans and customizations. Since the system is cloud-based, weak internet connections can create problems while working. The dashboards are useful but when you need very specific reporting or deeper analysis, exporting data to Power BI or Excel is often necessary. The per-user pricing can also add up quickly for very large teams.

“Modern & accurate assessments”
Pros
Stood out to me immediately for how practical and organized it makes asset management. It helps a lot with controlling maintenance, reducing failures and improving the operational efficiency of the team.
Cons
Least appealing to me was the initial learning curve since it takes some time to fully understand and master all of its functions.

“schedules that never fail”
Pros
In terms of management and automation, the platform works really well especially when it comes to building and overseeing an effective maintenance plan.
Cons
Based on my experience so far, there's been nothing to complain about or feel disappointed by especially now that I understand the platform better after taking the course.

“So easy to navigate”
Pros
Biggest advantages of Fracttal One is how quickly everything can be accessed. The interface is easy to navigate so finding relevant information is fast and efficient which ends up saving teams a considerable amount of time.
Cons
We are still in the early stage of implementing the system, we have not identified any meaningful negative points so far. As we continue using it, we will be in a better position to evaluate possible areas for improvement.

“provides operational efficiency”
Pros
Operational efficiency stands out making this a complete solution for predictive and maintenance management, with a user-friendly interface and sturdy mobility.
Cons
Offline use is still limited and it relies heavily on the cloud. It also needs more automation for recurring tasks and only one device can stay logged in at a time.

“Faster upkeep handling”
Pros
Handling maintenance has become more flexible which helps us stay on top of activities and address situations without unnecessary delays.
Cons
Once a work order is closed, there's no way to reopen it to fix hour meter readings so any mistake there leaves the readings incorrect.

“scheduling is laggy”
Pros
During our implementation at Cocal, the very first training session was explained really well and made the setup process easier to follow.
Cons
Scheduling date placement is one thing that needs to be changed. It should be located in the Work Order section instead of the Task section.

“Orders tracked perfectly”
Pros
Material catalogs are well organized and setting up work orders is very practical, while the process of scheduling and documenting resolutions is really useful.
Cons
Despite being very interesting and having an informative training course that's simple to follow, there are moments when the platform can feel a little confusing.

“customization options are amazing”
Pros
Flexibility in modifying the platform makes a noticeable difference especially when we need it to accommodate specific company requirements.
Cons
Learning the platform isn't as simple as it could be and it really requires full training before someone can use it properly. I also think it could create challenges in remote areas and for professionals who aren't familiar with this kind of software.

“Handles all our maintenance”
Pros
Everything feels practical, well organized and complete so using the platform is very easy. The training sessions also do a good job of explaining how things work.
Cons
YouTube Live isn't the best format for the training sessions. There should be more room for interaction and questions should be answered right when they come up.
