“useful incident reporting”
Pros
We mainly rely on it to report safety incidents and near misses and it does that job well. It's easy but effective and the dashboards and pages are also fairly simple to customize.
Cons
Managing users can be a little frustrating. I often had to contact the support team just to make small updates and as an administrator I didn't feel like I had access to view all the information myself.

“frustrating setup”
Pros
At the very least, the software has been reliable and it's available across the whole company. It seems like it could offer real value but the way it was implemented hasn't been done properly.
Cons
Right now, the setup feels poor and most of my team finds it difficult to use. Pulling reports is harder than it should be and there's no proper connection between risks and the issues register. Controls are also difficult to manage and report on. On top of that, it doesn't support quantitative analysis, several reporting functions don't work properly and even basic metrics like top risk and exposure are hard to report on. Another limitation is that reports only seem to focus on the current month, when there should be an option to select previous months as well.

“Great support team”
Pros
Using it feels user friendly, the cost is low and the support team has been good to work with.
Cons
We're currently moving from our previous system to a new one and that shift has caused a number of errors have come up whenever we use this tool but that will hopefully stop when we're all settled in.
