“Messy database”
Pros
One thing this does well is keep the feature set fairly short which avoids loading the software with a bunch of unnecessary extras. The list of applications is not overly broad which helps keep it from feeling super complicated.
Cons
That said, customizing it is extremely difficult. The moment you try to change something to your specifications the database starts to feels very disorganized and it is hard to make sense of how the tables are put together. On top of that, converting maintenance requests into work orders is not smooth and there does not seem to be a proper database relationship connecting those two reports.

“responsive support every time”
Pros
Whenever a question comes up, the customer support team is incredibly helpful. They get back to you quickly, answer things clearly and are always willing to help when there's an issue.
Cons
The mobile app could be more user friendly and I'd really like it to show all open work orders regardless of how old they are. Right now, we have to update the due date on some work orders every month so the due date has basically stopped being useful for us.
