powerful risk management platform

Pros

When it comes to risk management, it's hard to find a better low code option for staying on top of risks and potential operational crises. Installation is simple and the platform can be modified to fit your specific requirements. The interface is also clear and easy to follow even for people who are only beginning to work with crisis management software.

Cons

If you're only getting started with operational resilience, the pricing can feel a bit steep since the product is clearly aimed more at medium to large businesses. On top of that, you may end up having to move to a higher tier plan if there's a specific feature you need that's only included at the top level.

strong customization capabilities

Pros

Getting started with this software was quick because the interface is really user friendly. The part I appreciate most is how customizable it is since I can adjust it to fit my team's specific needs. It also helps a lot to have incident management, risk tracking and reporting all in one place which makes the overall process much more efficient.

Cons

One thing that took a little more effort was configuring some of the features in the beginning especially when setting up more advanced workflows. The level of customization is a real benefit but it does come with a bit of a learning curve at first. There are also moments when certain tasks require a few extra clicks which can slow things down slightly.

One of the best parts of this software is the low code flexibility. Teams can customize dashboards and forms pretty easily without needing any programming skills.

Cons

A downside is that setting up advanced workflows can get quite complicated which leads to a pretty steep learning curve.
