Their customer service has been absolutely incredible. The whole team has been there for us whenever any issue came up and they've even built additional components to support our needs. They've also taken the time to speak directly with our customers to help make the transition smoother and that has been a major reason our customers continue to stay with us.
Cons
We handle billing through a different system but from conversations we've had with other companies using ResortCleaning for that, they've been very happy with it. I'm confident it works well.

It has been part of our business since 2010 and over the years I've seen the company grow while helping so many users along the way. The system is user friendly and the updates have been incredibly important as the hospitality industry has continued to change and expand. The team consistently go beyond what we expect whenever new features are introduced. It has played a big role in helping our family business grow by keeping us organized with cleaning staff, property owners, rental managers, our beach vacation rental equipment operation, property maintenance and more recently our own Airbnb rentals. We keep coming back to this app year after year because it gives us so many ways to manage the business from anywhere. The reliability, functionality and pricing make it a valuable system for us as we continue to grow and adapt.
Cons
The one area that still needs improvement is QuickBooks integration since it doesn't send information back into ResortCleaning. I'm hoping that becomes a two way connection someday because at times it feels like I'm doing some of the tracking twice.
