“practical booking tool”
Pros
Covers exactly what we need it to and it has a clean looking interface. The visual way to employees is really helpful and the calendar integration plus the option to reserve and book rooms add a lot of value.
Cons
The wire up and setup configuration is still very manual and time consuming. Plus support has been a bit underwhelming since it took quite a while to sort out a fairly simple login issue. It also doesn't support WiFi in our environment.

“Powerful reporting”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of really useful tools especially reporting. Having the drawings tied into the reservation system is also a big plus because it makes wayfinding much more helpful.
Cons
There is a learning curve though. Uploading drawings into the system and setting everything up to work the way you need takes some training and skill.

One of the best parts has been how customizable it is as our workplace model keeps evolving. We've been able to set up and configure buildings in different ways to match how our operations actually run.
Cons
