Pros
Overall, it's easy to use and gives our clinicians control over when their tracking information is shared with us. Setting up departments and completing escalations has been fairly simple and the push notifications feature especially with the option to attach PDFs, has been very useful.
Cons
There are a few areas where I'd suggest some improvement or review. First, the dashboard can be slow at times or not load properly. For instance, the team member list will sometimes stop loading partway through and in the push notification and roll call tabs, active or archived posts do not always display correctly. Second, from a safety point of view, it would be valuable to track staff while they are travelling to an appointment and also on the way back to the office. Right now, it only supports tracking to the office. Some of our clinicians travel regionally for two to three hours so we can only monitor them on the outbound trip. To manage the return trip, we currently have them create a new appointment and mark themselves en route to that but having a built in return option would be much better. Third, clinicians occasionally forget to change their status from en route to active and this can remain unnoticed for days especially if it happens on a Friday. An alert for that situation would be really helpful because if someone were still marked as en route on a Friday afternoon and had an accident, we may not know. In one of our other businesses that does not use SHEQSY, a worker had a medical episode while driving home and the only reason anyone knew was because a passerby saw them and called an ambulance. A notification feature to flag this kind of issue would help prevent something similar in the future.

Pros
Our nursing staff use it every day and the safety side of it is definitely valuable.
Cons
It drains phone batteries and although the nurses use it daily still they have been complaining that you have to swipe to reach the panic alert which may not be practical if someone is dealing with a threat.
