“helpful seat visibility”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of this app is being able to quickly check which seats or meeting rooms are free. It makes it simple to see where the office is crowded and where more space is available and that's genuinely helpful on a day to day basis. The app is also very easy to use and mostly explains itself which is especially important when introducing a tool like this across a whole organization. On top of that the implementation process has been fairly quick and the Spaceti team has been very supportive during onboarding as well as with continued help afterward.

Cons

Because this kind of tool is competing with standard office apps like Outlook, it really needs to give people a strong reason to use it instead. I think it would benefit from growing into more of a complete workspace app by adding extra features or integrating with other platforms, giving users more value in one place. For instance, it could offer more office related information tied to common workplace questions, along with better office announcements and similar updates.

Pros

Working with this tool has been refreshing. They're a smaller company but they've managed to strike a really good balance between moving fast and still building well considered solutions. Their quick responses by both email and phone are a breath of fresh air compared with other vendors I've dealt with. I'm genuinely excited to see what their platform can continue to do for our company going forward.

Cons

At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike. The only concern that comes to mind is down the road if they were ever bought out, I'd worry about them losing the strong customer connection that currently makes them stand out so much.

“Solid integrations”

Pros

Right from implementation, the support on both the customer and technical side was outstanding. The team members who worked with us were genuinely helpful and made the rollout process much easier to manage. The UI/UX felt user friendly and dependable overall. It also connects well with Microsoft Outlook and Entra ID which lets our Teams and Outlook meetings sync into SpaceTi and keeps the platform aligned with our Microsoft Entra ID directory. Another feature that has been very useful is kiosk mode since we can run this app on a touchscreen TV in the lobby and let visitors or staff book spaces directly from there.

Cons

A few of the features rely on extra hardware, like sensors which are not part of our package and have to be bought or built separately. In one of our scenarios, getting our custom lockers to be reservable and managed through this app would have meant working with a local representative to create and deploy a custom sensor setup that matched our lockers. Because of the added cost, we weren't able to use those features even though they could have been quite valuable and useful for our company.
