“flexible features”
Pros
We rolled out the app across 18 buildings at the beginning of this year and the support team was excellent throughout all the behind the scenes testing. They were responsive and did their best to accommodate our change requests. The app is user friendly for both tenants and the admin teams managing it at each site. It also comes with plenty of features, including some we do not currently need but they can be switched on later if we decide to use them.
Cons
A few labels and sections could not be adjusted, since they were not customizable enough for the specific needs of our sites. It would also be helpful to have more detailed control over notifications in the future.

“all in one workplace companion”
Pros
Having all these useful workplace features gathered in one app is really convenient and always within reach. I can book rooms, check mail and events and report incidents without jumping between different tools.
Cons
The Bluetooth requirement for unlocking doors is a bit inconvenient, since it has to stay turned on and that means keeping an eye on your phone battery.
