Functional tool with great features

Pros

I find it really easy to use and it works smoothly with our accounting setup. The API integration with Xero has been pretty solid too and I like how often they roll out bug fixes and updates to keep things running well.

Cons

Getting help or new features added is really challenging as their support team seems pretty unresponsive when we need assistance.

Great Intuitive platform

Pros

Ascora is very user friendly and makes it easy to integrate work orders, quotes and jobs. The profit and loss tracking for completed projects is accurate which I really value. I especially like being able to add notes and comments throughout the system to keep the whole team updated. Training new employees is simple too and we use it around the clock.

Cons

The document attachment feature feels a bit awkward to navigate. Plus, customer support was pretty slow when I reached out, it took quite a while to get a response, though Ive only contacted them once
