Best for small companies

Pros

We are a small company and Commusoft gives us the flexibility to add jobs and send invoices on the go.

Cons

I do find it a bit annoying that I have to pay extra for telephone support but I have to admit, their email support is pretty good.

Useful tool for managing work

Pros

I find it really easy to use, which makes my daily tasks much simpler. The best part is that it keeps improving with useful new features. Navigation feels smooth and even without much tech experience, getting started was effortless. It is reliable, efficient and keeps getting better.

Cons

I haven't really had any issues so far. Whenever a problem comes up, it's resolved pretty easily.

Happy to recommend this software

Pros

I love how the search function makes it so easy to find exactly what I need without wasting time.

Cons

Some of the lists have a search function but some others require scrolling through, which can be a bit difficult, especially when there's a lot of data like customer contacts for estimates.

Lacks customer-first approach

Pros

It has a lot of potential but the company seems to care more about getting paid and sticking to contracts than actually helping clients succeed.

Cons

The customer service is frustrating. It feels like they just don't care about improving or listening to feedback. They actually suggest using a third-party Facebook group for sharing ideas and complaints, which is really unprofessional. Their 14-day cooling-off period isn't enough to know if the system works well for your company and they seem pretty cold and dismissive. I'd recommend avoiding them.

Works well and meets customer expectations

Pros

Very user-friendly! I can enter a lot of details, attach PDFs and JPEGs to records, email directly from the system and keep track of all sent messages. It even lets me send texts to engineers and customers while keeping a log of past jobs.

Cons

There are a few things I've noticed that don't show up on the job sheets, like appliance locations. Also, you can't add certificates once the invoice has been raised. Another thing is that support is only through email unless they choose to call you but they do usually respond the same day. These aren't huge problems, though.

No steep learning curve

Pros

Makes tricky processes simple

Pros

Commusoft makes managing our engineers' and estate agents' schedules so much easier. They keep improving the software and their support team is always there when I need help.

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming when first starting, but the team provides training that makes it much easier to use.

Smooth and easy-to-use platform

Pros

Setting it up was super simple and I had no trouble using it from the start. I did not have to waste time figuring things out, it just worked. Everything is easy to use.

Cons

Not being able to mass delete old data from the system or delete by time period, has caused some storage issues for me.

Once set up, it runs smoothly

Pros

Scheduling my engineers' daily work is so simple and adjusting jobs when plans change takes no time at all. It saves me a lot of effort and keeps everything organized without any stress.

Cons

Cons

In the customer profile, I would prefer an option to indicate whether they have a contract with us or not. If they do, it should allow us to specify the contract duration. This feature would help us track clients with contracts and their terms.

Not the best CRM out there

Pros

I honestly don't have anything good to say. The system is really difficult to use and just doesn't seem to work well.

Cons

It's a bit frustrating that the app is completely different from the desktop version and you can't do on-site quotes through the app.
