We've relied on Commusoft (paperless plan) for over four years now, and it's become indispensable. Its scalability and continuous feature updates demonstrate ongoing investment in its improvement, all inclusive and essential to our operations.
Cons
While not a drawback, frequent feature updates can sometimes be challenging to keep up with. It's beneficial to dedicate time each month to review new features and consider how they can enhance both our and our customers' experiences, an ongoing process akin to sharpening the saw.

It includes extensive analysis for sales, profitability, and technician efficiency, as well as features for sending service reminders and confirming bookings via SMS or email. Customers are notified when technicians are en route, and there's the capability to upload images and documents to jobs, store and add parts, issue digital safety certificates, generate job reports, and pose job-specific questions to engineers, like "Which components were used? Was a boiler sticker applied?"
Cons
It's not the fastest to use, but with continuous improvements, I'm confident it will become more efficient.
