Support always replies fast and gives precise, detailed answers to fix operational issues which are often due to missing user data or not following the correct process order.
Cons
I think there are a handful of small improvements I'd like, many of which stem from limitations set by Microsoft in their core system. The team is good at finding workarounds for these minor issues either through updates or quicker custom solutions.
