“Love the trainings Fluix offers
Pros
From my experience Fluix is incredibly user-friendly. It's quick for me to make updates within the system and the whole process doesn't take up much of my time at all. I also have to say that your trainers and facilitator are really excellent....they made everything clear and easy to grasp from the start.
Cons
Actually I find the process of adding workflows a bit confusing so I could use more guidance and a deeper explanation to feel confident using it.

“Convenient and accessible document signing
Pros
I'm really happy with how simple it is to create forms and how simple it is for my clients to sign the documents we send. I appreciate being able to text a link to clients so they can sign directly on their smartphones. It cuts down on time and conserves resources by letting us distribute and collect signatures this way.
Cons
Sometimes the app glitches. For example entering dates on a form is finicky from my phone and the date may reset on desktop unless you press tab. I've also noticed the text link from my end occasionally fails to deliver.

“essential for our offshore operations
Pros
Because it's so user-friendly I can rapidly automate updates to the team's documentation and make sure we record everything our customers expect. The quickness with which I can distribute information to offshore teams keeps us closely connected and continually improving. The software gets frequent updates and customer support even notifies me about things like hardware expiry. All in all I find it to be good value for money.

I'd really appreciate a feature that lets several users apply a signature stamp to the same document without having to reassign it each time.

“Overall Fluix experience - aleksandar.dugalic.EXT@SE
Pros
I'm impressed by how simple it is to use, configuration, readability and the overall UX are simple to pick up, the naming conventions are consistent, there are clear document status options, the dynamic forms and task workflows are handy, customer support has been excellent whenever I needed help, there are plenty of ways to store, transfer and track documents, the dashboard gives me a quick overview and I appreciate that there aren't extra charges for cross-project accounts.
Cons
One annoying limitation for me in the current Siemens Energy setup is that I can't switch between accounts without logging out and back in and in Docs mode I'm restricted to working only with PDFs.

“User" for 10yrs and as an "Admin" for the last 3-4yrs
Pros
we use fluix on this as part of an organization where remote staff must always have the newest versions of important documents that then have to be signed, submitted and archived. For that workflow Fluix really shines. From the admin side, the workflows along with storage and distribution are pretty easy to configure (having a superuser based in the office definitely helps) and once I've put the rules in place everything quietly runs in the background like clockwork.
Cons
it took me some time to get hands on with the back-office features but once I started using them regularly they proved to be pretty simple.

Pros
Very easy to use for document signing and organization and I found it extremely helpful when we needed to share AWP files between field technicians and the office for our case workflows.

“good feedback from the users for Fluix
Pros
Our team has been testing Fluix for almost a year now and I have to say the team's responsiveness has been outstanding. The software is really easy to use and adoption among our users has been excellent. It provides very strong user support with rapid response times and every member of the Fluix crew we've dealt with has been consistently helpful and friendly.
Cons
When managing many workflows maintenance gets somewhat chaotic for our team since we don't have the ability to group them. I would really appreciate an option to organize workflows into folders, that capability would make keeping things tidy and much easier.

Pros
We now have instant global access to all our documentation and complete traceability. I can attach documents photos and get things set up to work quickly. The app is much simpler than other file-sharing tools I've used. Its feature set seems limitless, we've expanded the company with Fluix and rely on it across our operations worldwide.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any major downsides right now, it's possible there are features we're not even using yet. Because I enjoy discovering new capabilities, I'd appreciate a regular update, like a weekly email highlighting new features or short, easy-to-follow guides to help us learn them.

“fast and easy to learn both as user and an admin
Pros
I've found Fluix's interface extremely simple to navigate. Setting up workflows feels natural as well though there is still room for refinement. On my iPad the app looks great and signing documents digitally is effortless. Extracting data from files is simple too. I also appreciate the ability to add integrations for instance uploading documents to a server or SharePoint works well. Because the app indexes all files on the iPad, tracking down a document in folders or nested sub-folders is quick and painless. In my experience I haven't seen another tool that matches Fluix's feature set and ease of use. The customer support team is friendly and responds fairly quickly. Speaking as a professional user I wholeheartedly recommend Fluix. It has genuinely sped up my daily tasks and reduced the need for paper handling.
Cons
Configuring workflows is one area where I think Fluix could do better making that process more intuitive and user-friendly would help a lot. For example the connection between file storage and workflows is sometimes unclear which makes setting up a workflow more complicated than it needs to be. There are times when I have to open an existing workflow as a template just to figure out how to format a path or build a new folder layout because it's not always obvious how to type the path or create folders. Additionally I would really like to see a native Android app similar to the iOS version as that would make the platform much more versatile for people using different devices.

“No problems with Fluix app
Pros
Using Fluix has been incredibly simple for me, the interface is simple and intuitive. Another big plus is that it runs flawlessly offline, even without an internet connection. Sharing documents, copying them and saving files has always been a breeze. I've never lost any files stored in my Fluix account. There hasn't been a single issue with the app that required contacting support. In addition, I can easily manage things behind the scenes with an admin account so overall I feel very positive about Fluix.
Cons
What frustrates me is that I'm now required to sign every single signature field each time. Previously the app used to let me store my signature so I didn't have to re-enter it but that option seems to be gone and I can't locate it anywhere. Since I'm the sole person using Fluix on my iPad and laptop it's only me who ever signs documents so restoring the saved signature feature would be extremely helpful.

“Got us out of paper and manual works
Pros
What I really appreciate is how well the mobile features work for us. Our crew out in the field can now open and submit forms from any device, even when they're offline which has noticeably increased productivity and greatly reduced mistakes. Plus, integrating with our current systems made rollout effortless.
Cons
One early hiccup I noticed was how many functions and customization choices the platform offers. In the beginning it felt somewhat daunting to work out the ideal way to design a workflow that fits our team. This isn't a generic, plug-and-play product, instead it's a powerful, adaptable system you can shape to meet our very specific business requirements so investing time up front has ultimately paid off considerably over the long run.

“digitalisation of filling documentations
Pros
One thing I really like about Fluix is the way it lets colleagues exchange files inside the platform, I can send documents to teammates through Fluix and always see who holds a file at any specific moment in time.
Cons
I find that Fluix keeps every change to a document as an individual record and that creates far too many repeated entries over time. While it's helpful to know who made which edits, I'd much rather have the option to preserve a single document that contains all revisions merged together instead of keeping numerous separate versions.

“high standards for value for money
Pros
Working as an Offshore Wind Turbine Lead Technician I've relied on Fluix every day for seven years as my main technical database. For my work it stores tens of thousands of pages of technical information where I need to pull up work instructions, electrical schematics and spare parts lists. Fluix helps me find that proverbial "needle in the haystack", the search tool is excellent. I can quickly locate the correct document, open it and then search inside it without hassle. It lets me manage vast quantities of files, not just for locating information but also for filling out editable documents and sharing them across our organization. Daily I use Fluix to complete fillable checklists, pre-use inspections, feedback forms and similar paperwork. The "Drafts" folder has made my standardized documentation far more efficient. I can prepare documents ahead of time and sign them off on the spot when everything checks out, or update them immediately if something needs changing. My "Personal" folder is a lifesaver for saving, highlighting and organizing the bits of information I reference frequently. Being able to edit fillable documents by inserting photos, screenshots, notes and even sketches sparks creativity that helps me simplify technically complex explanations. That approach lets me hand over work to colleagues clearly, whereas otherwise it might take pages of text to explain. Sharing completed documents within the organization is the feature we rely on most. Those submissions go through an approval workflow and are archived for many purposes. A typical use is saving past findings that inform how we plan future site visits. Keeping track of so much data is feasible because we use automated renaming rules for documents. When files follow a standardized naming convention, finding the right information becomes simple. Ultimately, storing this historical data is how we manage to keep our turbines operating with such a high level of availability.
Cons
That said one of Fluix's greatest strengths, the ability to share documents easily, is also its biggest weakness in terms of data protection. I feel that adding a two-factor authentication option would make access to sensitive materials significantly more secure. Limiting the ways documents can be shared to a set of trusted channels would be another useful safeguard. At the moment I could, if I wanted, share intellectual property through various consumer apps like "Snapchat" or even paste content into services like "ChatGPT," and that shouldn't be possible. One more improvement that would benefit our organisation is better compatibility with SAP FSM. Introducing some degree of automation between Fluix and our field service management system would likely reduce the amount of time spent on administrative tasks and cut labour costs. Admittedly, I'm not certain how feasible that integration would be, as that topic goes beyond my technical knowledge.

Cons

As the administrator I've found that when admin users try to use Fluix on a desktop, they can't view JPEG or Word files, those types only show up if they open the mobile app. I myself work from the desktop/web interface and am able to upload and see the files without trouble but because the majority of our team accesses Fluix from computers, we end up having to convert many documents into PDF format and that conversion process takes a lot of extra time and effort which is frustrating for our workflow.

Pros
I've found it very simple to create user groups that include all sorts of email addresses and to configure an approval workflow for PDF documents that also extracts data from those PDFs. Once processed, the files can be emailed, routed to many different types of storage locations, or have their contents extracted for further use.
Cons
One frustration I've noticed is that a few minor interface changes have made things worse and haven't been reverted. For example after the redesign it stopped showing how many files I had selected to push to a group inbox BEFORE I hit Push. Instead I often have to wait several minutes when pushing a large batch and only then receive a receipt that tells me how many files actually went through. If I accidentally selected the wrong number it can be awkward and time-consuming to find and delete the files that were just pushed.

After discovering Fluix, we gave it a trial and realized it helps capture data from those forms while simplifying the daily filling out of forms and logs. With a basic understanding of PDF forms and how to design them, I see this tool offering significant potential to reduce paper consumption and improve the way we gather data. It delivers plenty of useful insights and is flexible enough to be applied across a wide range of scenarios.
Cons
At this point I can't think of any real drawbacks or issues with the software.

“real time access to all your users data
Pros
At Multivac this tool really simplified our workflow right when our order form process was in disarray, I've managed to run thousands of documents through it with excellent results!
Cons
I did find the group functionality tricky to work with at times though those glitches have largely been resolved, it's a very minor issue.

“everytjing changed after we integrated checklists to Fluix
Pros
We find the app simple and very easy to move around. Having it on an iPad has transformed the way we operate in a huge way. Access to procedures used to be constantly shifting before Fluix since our technicians need to handle live documents to make sure they're following the latest procedure and the tools for that were few and slow. After we brought Fluix in, finishing, checking and saving those checklists became incredibly simple today.
Cons
Only supports PDF files. I'd like the app to connect to OneNote and Excel so we could combine Excel's power with the simplicity of PDF and other productivity tools.

“Invoicing for the 21st Century
Pros
I've found that I can attach multiple pages of photos which gives a powerful visual aid to really show what I ran into on site. That not only makes it easier for me to walk management through what was completed or what still needs attention but it's also a fantastic asset when I'm explaining and justifying the expenses tied to the work I performed to the customer.
Cons
Because the app doesn't include timestamps the software always seems one or two updates behind where I'd expect it to be. For example when I try to update my phone to Apple's latest OS something tends to crash. That leaves me stuck not running the newest iOS for fear the app won't function properly.

“useful for documentation but search function flawed
Pros
So far I find this extremely useful for on-site documentation
Cons
That said I'm having trouble with the program's search, it's not working the way it should. The search ignores file paths and doesn't handle renamed files properly which causes real headaches on site. For instance, when we renamed some files using a space instead of an underscore, I couldn't find those files in the folders via the search. Files should be discoverable whether their names were changed to include spaces or underscores and the search should also respect file paths. I really think this search functionality needs improvement.
