They designed our app

Pros

The platform has completely transformed how we operate! We were already working on improving our business strategies and when someone introduced us to this system, Anthony and his team really took everything to the next level. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Plus they even created our company's mobile app!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. The team is great and service has been top-notch.

easy booking and management but payroll switch inconvenient

Pros

Implementation was really simple for my website. Customers find the booking process easy and user-friendly. The backend interface works great for managing everything.

Cons

The payroll feature they launched with (Stripe) got discontinued so now I'm stuck using a separate payroll app which is pretty inconvenient.

customizable solution

Pros

I like being able to handle everything from start to finish with just this one platform. The way it connects booking, assignments and payments is fantastic. And it's so simple to use! What I love most is how easy it is to customize the booking forms and pricing.

Cons

Would be nice if confirmed bookings showed up right on the main page instead of having to dig through dropdown menus every time.

Pros

Being able to handle scheduling, track client information and manage billing all from one place is a plus.

Cons

The email templates that get sent out don't look very polished or visually appealing.

Pros

There's always someone available when I need help or have questions. The Facebook community they've built is excellent too and adds so much value.

Cons

I have a few small complaints specific to my operation but honestly there's hardly anything I dislike about it!

attractive booking form

Pros

The booking form looks really professional and helps build customer confidence.

Cons

The scheduling system doesn't capture any client details unless they actually complete a booking which is frustrating when you're trying to track potential customers.

Helped me grow

Pros

Launch 27 gave me everything I needed to get my business off the ground. It's like having an experienced assistant handling all the professional details while making my company look established from day one.

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative to say about it. When something doesn't work quite right, their support team jumps on it fast and gets things sorted out.

Their team never disappoints

Pros

I love how quick customers can schedule appointments, literally takes seconds. The interface is clearly built to drive conversions and whenever I need help, their support team has never let me down.

Cons

Wish there were some built-in email templates ready to go. Though honestly this is pretty minor given all the other great stuff it offers.

Plenty of integration options

Pros

Really impressed with all the integration options available plus the booking system works great. The interface is well-organized and has simplified our operations significantly. Having multiple locations with separate pricing structures is a huge advantage for us.

Cons

No real complaints here. Any integration issues we had before have been sorted out so I'm pretty happy with everything now.

detailed solution

Pros

I run my entire business through this platform and it's been incredible. The functionality is so comprehensive that I've recommended it to every friend who's launching a service-based company.

Cons

The direct payment processing through Stripe got discontinued which was pretty convenient when it worked. Not really their fault though and honestly using a dedicated payment processor probably makes more sense anyway.

competitive edge but pricey and css docs lacking

Pros

The simplicity blew me away. I had everything running smoothly within minutes of starting the trial. By the time I purchased it, my setup was completely ready to go. The website integration works flawlessly and with some custom CSS tweaks, it looks perfect on our site. Honestly this tool has become the backbone of our business and gives us a real competitive edge in our market.

Cons

Pricing jump between packages feels pretty huge considering what you actually get for the extra cost. It's definitely something I'll consider down the road when we're ready to expand but as a new business starting small, it's hard to justify right now. I'd also love to see better documentation for the custom CSS setup. While they offer it as a paid service, I have the skills to handle it myself and wouldn't want to pay extra for something I can do. The current guidelines are pretty lacking so I ended up doing a ton of trial and error to figure out which codes actually work for different styling changes. Better help files would save everyone time. I noticed a lot of my questions had to be answered directly by their support team or through there Facebook group when they could've been easily solved with clearer documentation.

Pros

I appreciate that all the upkeep is handled automatically and there's no need for me to write any code myself.

Cons

easy to get going

Pros

Getting started was not difficult at all. The sales process felt smooth and installation was pretty painless. Once we got it running, we could jump right into processing customers without any problems.

Cons

The development cycle is frustratingly slow when it comes to bug fixes and new features. I really wish they'd adopt a more frequent release schedule, maybe monthly updates with smaller improvements rather than waiting ages for big releases. A major update once a year would be fine if we got regular smaller ones. My other main gripe is being locked into Stripe for payments. Their payout timing is terrible. I'm often waiting days or even a week to get paid for completed jobs while I've already paid my team. Would love to see support for Square or other payment processors that actually pay out quickly.

Well integrated features

Pros

I enjoy how simple everything is and the way all the features work together so well.

Cons

Sometimes the connection between Launch 27 and my website gets glitchy. For instance I've got a slider theme and when I update pricing through Launch 27, it doesn't automatically refresh the slider. I end up having to reach out to Theme Street to handle that manually.
