Pros
Its great how it lets customers handle their own booking and payments online which frees up tons of time for me to focus on growing the business instead of managing appointments.
Cons
The feedback system for suggesting improvements is pretty frustrating. I'd much rather just send an email, hop on a chat or make a quick phone call to tell them what isn't working for my business instead of dealing with there current platform.

Pros
I can manage my business from anywhere thanks to the online scheduling, automated client notifications and team communication features. The billing system integrates everything into one smooth platform making it perfect for running a cleaning or maintenance service startup remotely.
Cons
Team availability visibility is tough to track and the mobile app can be pretty laggy and unresponsive at times.

“amazing Stripe integration
Pros
I love how customers can pay instantly online through the Stripe integration, honestly one of the best payment processors available. The learning curve is practically nonexistent and getting comfortable with everything happens quickly. When issues pop up, their support team gets back to you fast plus there's this amazing community of users who are always willing to help out. They're constantly rolling out new features to make things better and honestly I haven't found anything quite like it elsewhere.
Cons
Not much to complain about really! I'd love to see them keep expanding there list of software integrations. They already have a solid lineup with Zapier, Quicken, Twilio and others but more options would be great. Honestly though, theres not much to dislike. I've checked out plenty of competitors and most are way behind what this platform offers.

The way it connects with online booking systems is perfect and the support team is very well-trained.
Cons
The testing could definitely be more thorough before releases go live. Feels like we're doing some of the quality assurance ourselves.

“stripe got removed and emails are confusing

We find it easy to schedule things and the automatic email delivery feature works great for us.
Cons
I'm frustrated that Stripe integration was removed. When I cancel a customer's service due to double booking, they automatically receive a cancellation email which often confuses them. The email templates are pretty basic HTML. I'd really prefer more customizable design options.

Having everything centralized has been a godsend. I honestly couldn't have launched my maid business without this platform.
Cons
There's a massive price jump between the middle and premium tiers. Paying $299 monthly just for referral features feels too much.

“excellent Solution for Service Businesses
Pros
I really like being able to link most of my daily tasks directly to the application.
Cons
The system doesn't handle recurring appointments like "every first Friday" or "third Monday of the month" which would be really helpful. Also there's no way to calculate distances or block bookings from customers outside your service area so you have to manually check if you can actually reach them.

Amazing how simple it is to bring over our existing customer database and those temporary check emails that come after the cleaning process are super helpful.
Cons
The calendar functionality is pretty lacking. There's no proper weekly overview so you can't really see how your schedule looks at a glance.

Everything's bundled together in one place. The interface is tidy and has a welcoming design that makes browsing feel effortless.
Cons
The login portal can be frustrating at times. I'm not a fan of how Launch27's branding appears everywhere. It makes it too easy for contractors to copy or mimic the setup.

Pros
I can get live pricing for my clients and they're able to make bookings online anytime which is really convenient.
Cons
I think the functionality has some limitations since it's specifically designed for cleaning businesses but I'm using it for clients to book printing and distribution campaigns.
