Awesome customer service

Pros

The customer service is fantastic and the product really helps me run my business more smoothly!

Cons

It's closed on weekends but it hasn't really been a big deal for me. It hasn't affected my workflow much.

Great choice for booking services

Pros

The customer support was absolutely top-notch from the very beginning. They made the entire process of getting started so much easier than I expected.

Cons

NO CONS. Setting up pricing and services was pretty simple and I got it all done without any issues.

Not happy with it

Pros

It worked well for a while but honestly, their team let me down. A lot of the features I paid for or were promised aren't working right, and customer service isn't very flexible.

Cons

I paid for the full year upfront but didn't get any discount for doing so, which was a bit disappointing. After being let down by the software, I decided to switch to Booking Koala. I'm honestly enjoying it a lot more, it has more features and is cheaper than the plan I was on with Launch 27. I ended up leaving two months before my year was up but they refused to refund the unused months. I find it frustrating, especially since I didn't get a discount for paying upfront in the first place. This kind of inflexibility is something I've never experienced with any software company before and it's honestly just poor customer service. It's the final straw for me.

I love it

Pros

There's so much I absolutely love about Launch 27. It's become such an essential tool for my business. One of my favorite features is the ability to book cleanings easily and the software automatically sends out notifications to both my clients and staff through email and text. It takes so much off my plate and I don't have to worry about reminding anyone about appointments. Whenever I need support, I reach out to their team and they're always quick to respond. The whole experience has been fantastic!

Cons

Right now, I can't think of anything that's a problem. Everything's running smoothly and I don't have any issues at this time.

Amazing service & support

Pros

I really appreciate the professionalism of the support team. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they're always quick to help and provide clear, detailed answer.

Cons

I've noticed that there's no discount or incentive for customers who need start-up training or ongoing training to get the most out of the platform.

Best platform for all your cleaning needs

Pros

It is pretty flexible and if you run into a problem, the customer service is amazing and always delivers.

Cons

I don't have any major cons. There are some features I wish were available but they're always one step ahead and let us know that they're working on them, which I appreciate.

Pros

Launch27 is incredibly easy to use and I was able to get the hang of it in no time.

Keep it clean and efficient

Pros

The dashboard is very simple and easy to use, especially for a small business like mine that doesn't want to expand much.

Cons

It feels outdated, and compared to others on the market, it's way overpriced. They haven't updated anything in a while and the support is terrible.

Not recommended

Pros

When the software is working properly, it's really easy to use and I have no complaints. I remember when I first started using it, it was honestly the best software I could have chosen.

Cons

Ever since a new company took over this software, everything has just gone downhill. I've had customers being charged multiple times, emails being sent out without the owner's approval and now the app isn't working properly. But the worst part? My entire schedule disappeared yesterday. It's honestly unacceptable! We pay a lot of money for this software and now it's not even doing what it's supposed to. It's been super frustrating trying to deal with all these issues. I expected better, especially for the price we're paying.

Centralized solution

Pros

I really appreciate having everything centralized in one place to manage my business operations. I've been able to eliminate several other programs since this platform combines so many functions into one inclusive solution. The mobile app is a nice touch that makes accessing features on the go much easier. What really stands out is how it's tailored for specific industries so the built-in functions actually match what we need. When something's missing there's a simple process for requesting new features from the development team. Being cloud-based means I can access everything from anywhere and the automation capabilities have freed up so much of my time that I can focus on growing the business or just have more personal time.

Cons

The mobile site has some quirks. There are subtle programming aspects I wish were more customizable though I understand these are specific to my business needs. With such an incredible development team I'm hopeful these features might be added later. Support is always there no matter how basic or technical your questions are. While the software works exactly as planned from day one sometimes new features don't work quite like I initially expected or can be a bit confusing. Still in all my months using this service I've never requested help without receiving it.

controls operations but setup proved complex

Pros

It lets me control and manage different operations from my system creating work schedules based on pre-programmed reservations. It's perfect for mapping out employee workflows and programming various daily tasks throughout our facilities. I can schedule specific workdays for certain task types and define the main characteristics of what needs to be developed. With this reservation-based system we give hotel guests an automated way to request specific services without contacting reception giving them more freedom during there stay. They can also pay however they want and get service when they need it.

Cons

Setting this up at our hotel has been way more complicated than expected. While automating all our services through one reservation-based platform sounded great in theory the reality has been quite different. We're still working on getting everything configured properly and have only managed to automate about 60% of our tasks so far. Managing all these services from a single platform turned out to be much more complex than we initially anticipated.

Reports with deep insights

Pros

I found it to be user-friendly. This tool handles so many tasks that I'd normally have to delegate which saves me both time and money. I don't have to stress about scheduling or keeping track of customer info since everything's stored in the system and syncs with my website. Plus the reporting feature gives me solid insights into my best performing months and helps me figure out how to boost results during slower periods.

Cons

Finding answers quickly can be frustrating since there's no instant contact option available. While online support groups exist getting immediate help when I need it most takes way too long. Would really benefit from having direct access to someone who could respond right away.

convenient page layouts

Pros

Love how the page layouts let customers book services right away and they can see exactly what they're getting for there booked services.

Helpful customer service team

Pros

Organized our operations

Pros

Perfect for cleaning services

Pros

This software has made running my service business so easy. The automation features are perfectly designed for cleaning services though you can adapt it for other industries too. I really appreciate the automated email system and how simple the customer management is. The mobile app works great and the booking form is totally customizable to fit your needs. Plus the online login system is made specifically for your business. Whenever I've needed help their support team has been quick to respond and always friendly.

Cons

The email customizer feels pretty restrictive. You can add your own code for custom emails but the system actually modifies whatever code you put in there. Really hoping they'll give that editor a major upgrade to make it more robust.

Pros

What I like most is how this platform gave us exactly what we needed to elevate our business. The CRM system makes everything accessible with live support chat, automated scheduling and tons of branding and marketing tools that work perfectly for growing companies. The team behind it is very cooperative and always goes out of their way to make sure we're getting the most out of the software experience.

Cons

We haven't faced any problems yet so I can't really speak to how well support handles issues when they arise.

The best option out there

Pros

I've tried plenty of other software options but nothing really comes close to this one. It fits perfectly with cleaning businesses since the founder actually has extensive experience in the industry and understands exactly what we need.

Cons

The cost gets pretty high when you upgrade to the full version which can be tough on the budget.

Simple to add info

Pros

Adding information is simple and the reminder emails keep me on track with important tasks.

Cons

Customer onboarding process can be pretty confusing and I've seen people struggle when they're setting up there accounts for the first time. The drag and drop scheduling feature is frustrating because it automatically changes all future appointments without asking. It would be much better if it prompted you to choose what happens with upcoming appointments instead of just assuming.

Turned my business into the most accessible service provider

Pros

L27 transformed my business into the most accessible service provider around here within just a few months. The layout is something everyone really appreciates and I can't say enough good things about there support team, they're absolutely outstanding.

Cons

Can't think of any real downsides. Everything about their service has been totally worth the investment!
