I've been using this for a few summers now and each time gets better. What really stands out is how quick their customer support responds. Last summer the system went down one evening due to some miscommunication. I reached out around 8 PM and they had everything running again in under 10 minutes.
Cons
The pin selection feels overwhelming. I'd prefer fewer options to choose from.

Pros
I'd say it's very well organized. everything I need is right there and accessible plus I can easily add my own notes and markdowns.
Cons
When I load the map while connected to the internet and then use it offline, everything works perfectly. But once I reconnect to the internet, the map just vanishes and I have to start over.

It is great how the customized icons work perfectly for our door-to-door operations. They really speed up data entry and help me input precise information quickly.
Cons
When the system crashes (which thankfully doesn't happen often), it can be stressful since leads might vanish. The support team has done solid work recently helping recover lost data but those moments of uncertainty are still nerve-wracking.

Pros
I really like how many different ways I can categorize prospects and attach detailed notes. Makes finding information super quick later. The appointment scheduling and notification features are also great for keeping my days organized and on track.
Cons
Works great on Apple devices but when I use it with my Android tablet, the location accuracy isn't as precise. It gives me a more general area instead of specific details.

Area management feature is a game changer, especially on rough weather days when you need to do some spot knocking. I can draw out areas, drive through them and mark all the signs I want to hit. What I really appreciate is how it lets me categorize customer info to reach them at the right times. Like contacting older folks early morning and 9-5 workers after they're done with work. Plus they added credit range tracking this year which was a huge addition.
Cons
I use Orion for my deals but it would be great if I could transfer information between Orion and Sales Rabbit more easily. Sometimes Sales Rabbit shows me outdated customer home details, which can be frustrating when trying to stay current.
