Helps with finding prospects

Pros

I really appreciate being able to drop pins on houses. It gives me a clear picture of where to find prospects which places to skip and the best times to visit.

Cons

The map reloads every single time I open the app which eats up my data and takes forever. Really wish I could choose between Apple Maps or Google Maps for satellite images since one usually has better quality than the other depending on the area. Would also love to customize the interface and move buttons around so I can set things up however works best for my workflow, that would save me tons of time.

Best software out there

Pros

It lets me keep track of neighborhoods and contacts when I'm out canvassing. This is definitely the top choice in the industry!

Cons

Free version doesn't offer much functionality and you'd need at least 3-5 sales reps on your team to justify upgrading to the paid plan.

Great for team collaboration

Pros

I found the mapping functionality very useful for my work. The collaboration aspect really stood out too. Being able to work easily with my team members made a huge difference. When I'd visit a location, I could instantly see which colleagues had been there before and what they'd accomplished which saved me tons of time.

Cons

The geo-location feature needs work. When I'd add a lead through the plus button and enter an address, the map wouldn't always show the right location. Some functions felt a bit clunky overall and the location tagging could definitely be more accurate.

Thorough onboarding process

Pros

The setup process was detailed for both administrators and regular users. Our onboarding specialist and customer success representative were really approachable and addressed every question we had.

Cons

Having to download the app just to see what my sales team sees is frustrating since there's no proper web version for admins. The web view shows something completely different from what reps actually use.

Someone always available to assist me

Pros

The support team is really responsive when I have questions and there's always someone available for tech help sessions.

Cons

I can't really think of any major downsides. Would be nice if there was a way to track how much time reps spend at each location to help boost their efficiency.

Solid software for field sales

Pros

This software is perfect for keeping track of the entire sales process and building leads. I can add pins with notes for each prospect, plan my day with the maps and easily update all kinds of data. The color-coded pins for different lead statuses are also super helpful. It's the kind of tool field agents can really rely on.

Cons

It's hard to find many negatives because it really does what it's supposed to do, and then some. If I had to suggest something, it would be adding more features in the future, like integrating Zoom or making it easier to save and export data. But honestly, it works perfectly fine right now even with the free trial.

Made it easy to knock doors

Pros

Getting out to knock doors has become so much easier with this tool. I can quickly lasso an area to see if a neighborhood is worth my time or if I should wait. What really stands out is having all the homeowner and previous owner names and contacts right there which makes creating new leads faster and more efficient.

Cons

The ratings system confuses me a bit. I've been tracking them and noticed they're not always current. Many properties with high green ratings already have new roofs installed so there might be a better way to keep this information updated.

Excellent for tracking

Pros

This is the tool we use for our canvassing team to generate and track leads. They submit their leads and appointments through the Sales Rabbit app, and we use a Zapier link to send the data over to our office team. It streamlines the process for everyone. The mapping feature is great too as it allows our manager to assign specific neighborhoods to each team lead, so they know exactly where they're going each day.

Cons

The admin dashboard could use some work. It feels a bit old and the process for setting up teams and territories can be confusing at times.

Pros

We upgraded to Sales Rabbit from an older app that didn't have as many lead management and geo-location features. It's been a big improvement.

Cons

The platform isn't as customizable when it comes to integrations. We were hoping to eliminate some manual steps in our process but we haven't been able to fully achieve that yet.

I've used this product twice at two different companies. We tried other options but ended up coming back to Sales Rabbit both times because it works so well.

Cons

Limited choices, but this one is a top pick

Pros

Setting up the software was easy and I love how easy the phone app is to use. It made getting started so much smoother!

Cons

The dashboard for the person managing the sales team is pretty bad. It's not very functional and honestly, it looks outdated. The map feature online isn't interactive either which is a big letdown.

Good choice

Pros

This was one of the first tools I used for door-to-door independent contractor work. It worked great for everything we needed especially being able to upload images to leads, take notes and have detailed information about each lead.

Cons

The worst part about this software is the battery drain. You pretty much need a portable charger or two to keep it going. Other apps out there offer similar features without eating up so much battery.

It's simple to track daily reports and add new features. I also love being able to add notes to keep track of goals for the day or the month.

Cons

Pros

Cons

Pros
