What I appreciate most is how convenient everything feels. Our sales process involves several touchpoints and this platform makes data entry and retrieval smooth which really boosts our overall sales efficiency and operations.
Cons
The main issue I'm dealing with right now is that there's no way to search by business name. The platform doesn't have a business name field option for queries which makes things more difficult when trying to look up specific companies.

Pros
The mapping feature works really well and being able to tap on any house right in front of you to create a profile is super convenient. Support team is responsive and they actually pick up when you call, which is rare these days. They're constantly rolling out updates with bug fixes and new functionality too.
Cons
The display options are pretty limited and you can't really filter data the way you'd want. New glitches seem to show up constantly which gets frustrating. Missing some basic stuff too like notes don't get date stamps automatically and there's no way to add clickable links to customer profiles.

This tool has really helped elevate our sales team's performance in so many ways. We were having a tough time storing, distributing and displaying leads effectively but it solved all those issues for us. It's actually saved us money in our call center since we can now submit leads and customer information with much better accuracy. The street sheet tracking is way better than having our reps try to manage everything on paper.
Cons
Missing some key integrations we had before and losing that qualification tool really set us back.

Pros
I like how simple everything is. You don't need to be a tech genius to move around. Being able to contact leads instantly through the phone, messaging or email icons is convenient. The investment has definitely paid off for our operations.
Cons
The only annoying thing is needing two screenshots on mobile to capture all the lead info, one screenshot doesn't cover everything. Since I'm still getting familiar with it, I might discover other minor issues as I go but that's my main problem so far.

The development team worked closely with us to customize everything to fit our specific needs, which was huge for us. Since we focus on new homeowners and process around 10,000 leads daily across 60 different markets, we needed something solid. This system has been amazing at letting us track each lead's status in real time. It's given us incredible visibility to keep our 350+ reps accountable for hitting their daily production targets.
Cons
The only real issue I have is how dependent we've become on this system. If it ever went away permanently, we'd be in serious trouble. There have been a couple instances where everything went down but thankfully they got us back online within a few hours each time.

Pros
I work in real estate where tracking everything is crucial. Door-to-door canvassing is huge in our industry but most companies lack proper tracking tools for it. This platform fills that gap perfectly and works like a charm!
Cons
The pins I add in desktop mode don't show up when I'm out in the field which is really frustrating. Also when I'm working in tight condo or townhouse areas and need to add a status pin, I have to place it first and then click on it just to see which address it actually landed on. Other tools I've used automatically show the house number right away so you can tell if it placed correctly.

The lead tracking functionality is very simple and I really appreciate how tidy the interface looks. Being able to draw out specific areas makes organizing daily assignments so much simpler.
Cons
Pin loading speed could definitely be better and I've run into some bugs and crashes here and there. Though to be fair that's pretty normal for any software platform and the team does a good job keeping us informed when there's downtime or issues.
